The problem isn't him as an individual, it's that we've often had two Pack-like midfielders in the middle, making the sideways passing more of an issue. I always thought Korey was a good foil for him, but the injury had an impact.
Pack/Smith work much better as a pairing when both fullbacks are prepared to overlap also, I have noticed.

Same result too would do nicely
-
Took off our chaser up front. Not putting their defence under enough pressure.
-
Joe Bryan appears to be running through treacle.
We're sitting way too deep even at 3-0.
-
Left and Right midfielder on the bench. Yet we have Patterson on the left and Brownhill on the right. Brownhill looks lost. No idea where he's supposed to be. Pato working hard but ineffective.

How are we playing?
Narrow. Pedestrian. Very slow to second ball.
Wolves have had a decent chance. Probably should've scored.
Same as all season really.

Nice making Wolves feel at home playing The Liquidator

2) You raised the issue of the capacity of our stadium. I pointed out that we are 3rd in our league in terms of filling it.
You're 3rd in the league at filling your own stadium? ******* hell that is tinpot.

Couldnt see much wrong with the goal. Defender has been all over Wilbraham first half but Wilbs is the one being penalised.
Two bad bad teams mind.

It's been that bad then eh?
Not at the game today so am relying on otib to provide the updates for me.
We must take the game to Rotherham, one up top is baffling!
Make no mistake. It is terrible.
We should be attacking Rotherham, instead we look afraid of then. Abraham isolated. 1 up front in the circumstances is baffling.
I'm really struggling to come up with a single positive from that half.
Maybe Cotterill's set piece delivery but that's about it.

Taylor has done fuck all. What a waste of £3.76 or however much it was.

Engvall totally anonymous that first half.

How about not reading/posting on threads that don't interest you? I've tried not driving minibuses to destinations that don't interest me, and trust me, it works!
But how else will he know where the slightest hint of an opportunity will raise itself to talk about Arsenal?

Tomlin is a red card waiting to happen. Doesn't learn to keep quiet.

From what I've seen Tomlin is a big miss. Tammy looking isolated. Forest have had the better of the pretty mundane half.
Expect to see O'Neil & Freeman second half, Wilbs when desperation kicks in.
I'd agree with that. It's all been very close together. Forest seem to be pressing us well and our movement isn't good enough to get out of these situations.
Reid looks out of sorts to me and Brownhill seems to be lacking some positional discipline so I wouldn't be surprised to see one or both off if things don't change soon.

He wouldn't be on the bench if he wasn't fit.
Besides, he only missed the last few games due to illness.
With 7 places on the bench you can risk O'Neill with the hope of giving him 20mins. Expect to see Bryan or Freeman if a midfield change is needed sooner.

Thank God we dropped Flint eh?
I said we should drop Flint for his own good so we didn't end up in another Fontaine style situation.
I am more than happy to be completely proven wrong.
Kudos to AF for the turnaround.

No, that'll mean there won't be a spanner in his first squad.

Well may I remind you young sir to delve into the Match Day Thread archives to find a previous Leeds match for a little detail along your preferred lines; and please don't ask me to send you a link, its hard to find and I am sure you will do so faster than me.
Just ... i was going to say 'don't do it' but you know what?.. what the hec, this is the new Bristol City and as Cynic reminds us we can turn any team over in this division.
So what did I say exactly that lost you your tongue?
I don't know why my reply doesn't show, I was trying to quote a section of your post without forcing others to scroll the whole screen for a second time.
My suggestion was of Magnusson being our tenuous Italian collection through his transfer from Juve.

Unfortunately I am going tonight, which as some of you know, doesn't bode well. 12 games without a win, and in 6 games this calendar year, I've only seen 1 City goal. Let's hope it's 13th time lucky!
To balance your bad luck, you should know that the last time I missed a home league game we won 6-0.
I am not going tonight.

Don't think they've played together at all in midfield. A couple of times with Smith at RB but not in midfield.
