Very professional performance by City i thought. Great day out, feeling a bit delicate today!

I think this is it. Very professional and organised against a mediocre Walsall side. Job done- Cup won but it will shine brighter if we win the League as well.

Not sure we even had to get out of third gear to win that, we looked a division above them. Hope everyone had a good day out. Made the decision not to go on purely financial grounds, right now I'm a bit annoyed I didn't whack it on the credit card!!!

It was a great day but it wasn't a memorable football match. Not that impressed with either striker today and the biggest cheer ( apart from goals) was for Jet.It was only in the last 15 mins when it looked impossible for Walsall to come back that we really started strutting our stuff.

I won't remember much of the game but I'll never forget the sight of all those scarves and flags and just such a HUGE passionate City following. If there was any tribute clapping- I didn't notice: just a great day for the fans. It is my favourite Wembley experience until the next time which may be some time!

I thought Gillingham looked much better than in previous matches. One of those days I spose. Earned a point and I guess it reminded the lads that it's not on a plate for them. Yet.

Without coming across as a meteorological anorak- the wind is predicted to be up to 35 mph and from the West- i.e. the Williams stand.

I predict more to leave the Dolman early.

Not an easy day for either goalie and long up field passes could go anywhere. Flint and Smith's height could be especially useful.

Does anyone know what on earth  is happening with Wilbs and Agard? Never has there been so little news on their injuries- perhaps one or both to appear on the bench?

Either way if you have a striker that's scoring for fun ( hangs head) with Jet in blistering assist mode then I wouldn't want to change the team that payed Gillingham. Wilbs and Agard will be desperate to get their places back- really desperate so it's a great situation  to have. I'm so pleased to see Jet back in the starting line up and he is going to score a cracker today.
