Regardless if people renew or not surely with the amount of people "wavering" should show the club that something (may even be out of their hands) is not quite right.

A lot of longstanding die hard fans are amongst those wavering, if they go I don't see with the current structure and Outlook they will be replaced.

I don't think we should confuse the club with one that gives a dam about their customers, this is clear to see not only in ticket prices but merchandise, like warm drinks and stale food!

Why not have a consultation period before releasing these prices with fan representation? If only to hear what's going on in the real world cause I'm sure they don't realise just what a pinch it will be for some

How would the club know how many people are wavering?

I think Colin Sextoy when he was at the club tried to get permission for the Park and Ride to be used by City fans but there were to many obstactles in the way The car park shuts at 9pm so who would pay for the staff to stay on after 9pm for evening games  Also there is the issue dealing with David Lloyd Leisure who own the land BCC NSC and Metrobus this is why it had never been used for stadium parking

Shame really using those 1,500 spaces would certainly help clear the clogged up streets around the ground

Less of an issue for evening games though as the parking restrictions around the ground are only till 5pm aren't they?

Thought he was immense second half, goal. assist and captain. On the anniversary of the Cheltenham antics. Did we really sell him for a complete pittance because of being stood next to the actual perpetrator.

    no

Sadly not, these increased prices only occur either side of kick off and are lower the rest of the week

But they are not extortionate and with pubs closing seemingly on a daily basis including several around Ashton Gate I don't have any problem with this if it keeps their doors open

If that is the case why doesn't every other pub do the same?

All the others manage to operate on same prices, I have never known an establishment alter prices dependent on how busy they are

Maybe these are the normal prices and they are lowering prices when they are not busy

My thoughts exactly.  Went in Saturday after the game during the ‘price hike’ and it was still reasonable considering a lot of Bristol prices these days - £20 odd for 5 pints. If I hadn’t read this I wouldn’t have known any different. Better to look at it that it’s just a lot cheaper sometimes - like the old 50p a pint night at uni! Still a lot cheaper than the ground and better quality as well.

Yep agree with this, new opening so cheaper prices when the pub isn't busy to attract customers on those days

Think they’d just had an attack, and it kinda wasn’t great timing.

I think these things should be done (in the main) at half time.

It's the reason I don't like these minutes applauses because something could easily happen on the pitch in that minute

Looks like UEFA are going to move the Champions league final from Russia, can't say I'm surprised if they carry on the way their going and their drug cheating they will become sporting pariahs.

They will probably move it to Ukraine

The numbers he’s posting are obscene. Another goal and assist today, 14 goal involvements in a season he missed the first 2 months of. Special talent. Semenyo, Scott, Massengo, Pring. Who saw these 4 coming?

I believe that Scott may end up being the best of the 4 as well ?
