Half a snake is nearly an ake, or a sna. It could be a per, a der, an onda, a cor, or bra.
And I haven't touched a drop, perhaps I should, whilst getting my coat.
Won’t be an Ake he plays for Bournemouth

Ha ha! Yes all managers hang around to hear fans boo!
He probably read Thatchs post and realised they weren’t booing at him and saw no point in hanging around

Smith scores? When did we resign Matt Smith?
-
Surely Hoddle was offside for that last goal? Couldn't they have appealed the result?

I'm a bit worried about Thatch, he was posting every two minutes and now he has gone suddenly quiet, how can we check on him to see if he is ok?

Good point.
It seems that beating Huddersfield 4-0 gives us an automatic promotion place, or so you would have thought.
The reality of it is, is that we are very much still in a relegation dogfight and are a loss away from being in deep shit, people need to realise that people in glass houses and all that.......
At least our house has glass windows think they have Perspex in theirs

I think it proves beyond doubt that they have better fans than us. Their 8K on Saturday is over 3 times as many as we took to Newcastle

Anyone else a bit worried that as Matty was leaving them somebody might have popped something into his kit bag?

So with both teams at home yesterday us on a six game losing run and a poor FA cup draw and them flirting with the play offs and thus had an important league game. What were the relevant attendances?
-
It's disappointing but Reading were third had won 4 games on a trot got a soft penalty and scored a cracking goal but we still had enough chances to get something out of the game. We are on a poor run but for some reason the footballing God had arranged for us to play 5 away league games in 7. That was always going to be tough especially when one of the two home games were against one of the best teams in the division. We are still mid table six points clear of the relegation zone and we now have home games coming up. No need to panic yet.....

in the 90 years of data, the gas have had a higher attendance than us on 14 occasions, the last in 1982/3
That's shocking, they've had a higher attendance than us on 14 occasions?? Some of the senior generation should have serious look at themselves and explain this outrage????

The ref asked the Lino if anyone was offside and the reply was noone was

Anyone still worried about Sheff Utd?
Heard they had a massive win last night against Barcelona, or some club of that stature anyway

Re Penalties. More than us certainly! We have to rely on scoring goals from open play. The old-fashioned way!
Yeah but that's only because we miss them!!!

Brilliant. I'm sure trillionaire owner Wally can pay for the millions (and millions) of sags heading off to Swindle.
Sorry, this isn't brilliant. I know the teams( and fans) in question aren't too popular on this site but fans of any team shouldn't have to put up with this

So we've signed a couple of internationals and a couple of players from Premiership clubs. They've signed a striker with 2 goals in 2 years and a couple of free transfers from Plymouth and Port Vale. I cant keep up, have they caught us yet?

There, corrected that for you.
I was in Barcelona Saturday night, the after match party, that went on was amazing, a mass cycle ride, 1000's of cyclists, a mass drive around, car horns honking all night, little old ladies out with their Barca scarves on, huge explosions, etc etc. A bit different than Bristol I appreciate, but having heard the reports from Leicester, it all points to one team cities being happier places!!
I may have misread you but to clarify Barcelona isn't a one team city.

Their new owner has been seen at Stadium MK. What do we reckon a possible merger or getting advice from Mr Winkleman on how to relocate a football club to a different city?

See the Post have got their facts wrong again, seeing we've both played at home twice since December 2014, not once as stated. The day we beat Walsall 8-2 they were beating FGR 2-0, unless they don't count non-league games
