Looking forward to the first City hard challenge and our local???? neighbours start with their "you dirty northern bastards chant"
Always love that with this derby game.
The 120 mile local derby going on tha
t, howe many derbys do we have this season ?
The Hawthorns is about 30 miles closer to AG than Home Park, but nobody talks about WBA being a derby.

Agree , if you were there when we drew 0-0 with the side holloway had , mind you they got relegated.. They battered us all game and cole skuse hit the bar in the last minute . You never know . If you did it would be like rugby . Get four points tomorrow & Tuesday then pressure is right off us next week .
It was Brian Wilson who hit the bar.

Out of interest Dave. What do you see as flaws in Leicester’s side. Looking at their squad tonight . I’m still amazed they got relegated. Something happened there with Brendon Rogers . They’ve lost a few big players but they should piss this league imo
Famous last words, but I think we’ll give them a game next week.

Really looking forward to this. First game back for me after a few years absence and we're going hospitality. Should be fun.
Hope you have a great day.

It’s a real joke how Sky just ignore our games. Is the red button still live this year?
I thought our game away to Rotherham was on Sky?

We used to have Molly Malone who wheeled her wheelbarrow, through streets broad and narrow, singing C, I, C I t, C I t y, CITY.

I see we’ve been allocated less than 3,000 tickets.
The FA should have insisted we were given the whole Celtic end, about 12,000 tickets.

So the temporary stand will become de facto permanent. BCC need to put a time limit of say 5 years on any planning permission they grant for this “temporary” structure.

You can have Rashford and Foden, but who else is available who should be playing???
Sterling. The problem has been no one seems prepared to take a man on. Bellingham showed flashes of intent, but the orders seem to be retain possession at all costs.

The obvious answer is the 1909 team. Remember they were league runners up as well.

I think he’s a perfectly competent championship keeper.
The young inexperienced back up is more of concern.

If you fancy a laugh have a look at his comments after Stoke’s 2-0 defeat at home to Preston.
Preston’s first goal was a penalty (I know, I know) and Neil is quoted as saying his players are adamant that it was a clear dive.
Preston winning a penalty, with a blatant dive, I know Alex, who could possibly have started them off being like that?
Despite the reaction on here afterwards we’re still the only team to get a point off them, by the way..
Early days, but 3 of the teams we have played are in the top 6. I think we’ve made a decent start to the season.

Admitting that we sold our best young player in my lifetime, because the owner wasn’t prepared to cover the cost of this year’s deficit, wouldn’t have gone down well.
