I said the same, I hate seeing us in stripes, we should be in a red kit.
Is that Max in goal or Molly Ringwald?

The kit is truly awful. We play in red and white, not red and white strips.

The most important piece of business in the summer will be extending his contract.

If needed could move Pring to left centre back and use Dasilva as left back.
There’s also the option of Tanner at CB, with Sykes at RB.
Rob’s absence is a real problem because there’s no way TK will be able to play 7 games in 22 days. Will be interesting to see if Nige keeps him back from the Hull game and uses him against Man City. Can’t see him starting both. Big ask after a year’s absence.

I did wonder if Sykes giving the impression he was the pen taker was planned in any way, but it was great mind games all the same. Keeper wasting time winding up the wrong player, genius.
If only. There was a genuine argument between. Sykes, who grabbed the ball first, and Wells, about who would take it.
It took Andi to Intervene and tell Sykes to give the ball to Wells, to sort it out.

Joey’s Rover’s future must be hanging by a thread, in fact the only thing that’s probably keeping him in the job is Wally is scared he’ll get a cigar stubbed in his face if he tries to sack him.

Terrible bad luck for Rob, just when he was playing well.
We’ve got TK as an obvious replacement and both Tanner and Pring can play there if necessary, with Naismith to come back, hopefully in the not too distant future.

Mehmeti’s beginning to do too much.

Toby Osbourne. “Bristol City looking far more likely to break the deadlock”. 5 seconds later Sunderland score.
The man’s an effing idiot.

No complaints.
We’re a long way off play off material. Nothing to lose on Saturday. Might as well give it a good go.

No more than we deserve.

An early goal will set us up for a comfortable 3-0 win.

Andi, Cornick and Mehmeti all start.

The run against the bottom four clubs plus Hull and Reading are crucial.
The other thing to bear in mind is we play Burnley and Sheff Utd very late in the season, when both may well already be promoted. Whilst games against already relegated sides are dangerous, already promoted sides tend to turn up to their remaining games with the sun tan oil and deck chairs at the ready.- 1

I know his quality has been done to death on here but going to ask the question anyway…
Scrolling through twitter I see that the England U21s have two fixtures in March. Has he done enough for a call up? How shocked would you be if he wasn’t selected in the U21 squad? Does his value increase further with an U21 cap to his name?
There are some quality players in the squad at present but no one that seems to be impressing week in week out like Scott is currently doing.
It’s the sub 20 World Cup this summer. That’s his age group and almost certainly to be picked having been an important member of the sub 19 Euro winners last summer.

I understand a few ST holders may not goto every game. But the south stand is sold out every game on the ticketing page! Loads of empty seats today too even tho whole ground was meant to be close to a sell out!
Official attendance 23,757.

TBF he finds touch on a much more regular basis than the Bears full back.

Same here. Many of us were questioning why four at the back wouldn't work for months before Nige eventually changed formation. He was adament we didn't have the players to play that formation, but it is evident we do.
Interesting that I have not seen him quizzed on this by any journalists. I am sure there is an explanation, be interested to know what it is...
I would have thought the explanation was self evident. Before he didn’t have faith in Pring, Atkinson etc, now he does.
Credit all round.- 1

Overall attendance of 8,025. Today at Lincoln.
Away following of 552.They ALWAYS travel in numbers Apparently, our 900 at PNE last week was ‘pathetic’.
TBF that’s an impressive attendance for Lincoln, but then the mighty Bristol Boca Juniors is a major attraction.

Playoffs??
7 points from the next 3 games
Wigan 3
Sunderland 1
Hull 3
Keeps in the hunt.
Whether we will is another matter, but realistically that’s what we need to keep us in with a chance.

Fantastic performance
Fantastic Result
Upwards and onwards.

Well, this didn’t go too well did it?
You know when you’re really looking forward to a great weekend of sports?
Gas - lost at home to the franchise cants
The 41 year franchise cants won
England lost at Twickenham to the jocks
My 60 year old penis is shrinking by every passing minute
The wife’s fanny is getting less moist every passing minute
By the way the last 2 are not sports related, unfortunately they used to be though.
Anyway faithful & true FTG!- 3
