No player can give 100%, 100% of the time. The problem with Jay is, you’re lucky if you get 70/80% effort 50% of the time. Nige talked about players coasting through games. For me Dasilva is a prime example of that.

Vyner's best performance for us?
To MoM performances in a row for me.

It's always good to get a point but at this point we really really need some wins or we're going to get in trouble. Another game where we've had good chance but not taken them and dropped points to poor defending. A better performance than many but still not clinical enough where we need to be.
The problem is our performances at home. Birmingham at AG is a big game.

Thought our energy levels fell away second half. Dabo coming on pushed Cam Pring back, which made a big difference to our attacking play.
Thought a draw was a fair result.

We really are so very poor. If anyone thinks this group will stay up, with this manager in charge - they are deluded
Have it.

Can we play with the same intent and aggression as we did against Millwall? If so we’ll win and draw more games than we'll lose.

Just got in, how did they get on tonight?
Not as well as they hoped.

Defended well. Vyner MotM. Could have nicked it.
Good point.

Not bad. We’re doing what you need to do at the Den, matching Millwall for effort.

“We’re a kit car at the moment, still being pieced together,” he added. “But we have a good engine — that’s the fanbase, the history of the club, that’s the training ground, the stadium — and now we need to fine tune some bits around it to make sure we are moving dynamically forward.”

And how did it go
He did okay. Some nice movement and looked good on the ball. His tracking and game management still needs work. Still a way off our first team, but great experience for the kid.

Should have gone for the jugular after we scored. Instead took the foot of the pedal and tempted fate.
This a poor Stoke side who are there for the taking if we have the balls to go full throttle.

Fabulous from Cam Pring.

This is poor so far. Can’t string two passes together.

Are they going from parson st.....
I read somewhere that when the gas were a Bristol League park side, (What’s changed in a 100 years), they played a few games at Parson St. I assume where the junior school now is.

The Northampton Carlisle game hasn't even been rearranged. It was always scheduled for Tuesday night.

Did Ferdinand just say that Mbappe had been recorded as running at 45kmh? That would make him significantly quicker than Usain Bolt!
Faster than a lot of racehorses as well, certainly faster than the ones I tend to back.

On this showing I think Argentina will beat France, or Morocco if they pull off a shock tomorrow.

Game over. Even Croatia won’t come back from this.
Bad scheduling

Thought this was going to refer to our remaining fixtures. We played all those games before the WC, 12 in 6 weeks, but only have 3 midweek games between now and the end of the season. Lopsided to say the least.
