  1. Commentator ; Crap Freemans shooting ; Crap When I hear Wilbs on for Kodjia, I know we don't have a hope. City performance from listening to radio ; Crap Honeymoon now definitely over. We just have to hope that the ones below us are worse than us.
  2. Will they now revert to their original name? THE BLACK ARABS FOOTBALL CLUB.
  3. The perfect examples to show it is not rigid. We could probably make a profit already if we wanted to cash in on Kodjia. (Hope we don't) And with Golbourne being a Bristol boy, the fee of approx £300,000 would appear to be very reasonable for one who we may never recoup any money but who may well give us the next 4 to 6 years. That pillar has to be more flexible than some of the others.
  4. And in a couple of years, how many more Academy boys will be in the side or knocking loudly on the door? If we get two a year making it permanently to our first team, selling one for a big fee every couple of years, supporters will have a totally different view on the "under 24" pillar. We have started to build and it will not happen overnight, but it will be worth it.
  5. Firstly I completely agree with the concept of 5 Pillars. Reference the comment about not spending large transfer fees. It is allowed to spend any amount from £0 to £plenty, so long as there is a realistic or reasonable chance that there will be a profit on the deal in the future. For example Grey is already worth more to Burnley than they paid because he has continued scoring goals / could also help them to go back up again. Kodjia is also likely to command a larger fee now than the purchase price. What we should not be doing is spending £millions, example Trundle, and getting zero return eighteen months later. Surely this is just common sense? Would you pay £200,000 for a house, knowing that the sale price in two years will be £100,000? Of course not.
  6. Whatever turns you on but don't inflict them on us.
  7. once again we have had more chances but no goals. We have to start being more clinical. What is the betting that Leeds will score with their first shot on target?
  8. Baker is a liability. No sense of control after he has been booked. Put Pearce on.
  9. Same old story. No efforts on target. Conceding in injury time. Nil points.
  10. Already lost count of number of times that Freeman has lost the ball.
  11. Yes we believe. That City will always be capable of snatching defeat from any situation. How on earth will we fill our stadium next season?
  12. Not good enough. Inept attack. Another long shot screams in. Stupid penalty to give away. We are living in a Fool's Paradise!
  13. We still haven't had a shot on target this second half. Don't shoot, don't win!
  14. Yes, it is a bit like calling a Baggies fan a Brummie. To us it's all the same area of the West Midlands, but to Blues fans it is similar to Cockernees accusing all City fans of being Welsh!
  15. But I think the BBC block football commentaries via internet for contractual reasons.
  16. Agree with every word. I am still angry at the way that the Dunfords managed to obtain the ownership of the Memorial Ground. That club sold it's stadium, Eastville, in the 1930's because the alternative was bankruptcy and now they own the Memorial, they think everyone else should help them over their poor housekeeping.
  17. I won't break my heart if we do not win, BUT right now, I do care and want us to win.
  18. Perhaps we have not registered any of the young ones like Batten, Morrell, Lemonheigh-Evans for League One?
