  1. If a city fan came across a drowning sag in a canal, I WOULD PUT MY FOOT ON HIS HEAD TO MAKE SURE THE JOB WAS DONE!
  2. All jokes aside, do you think that this current crisis will see the packing up of the circus tents for good. Could this be an opportunity for a certain Bristol business man to swoop in and purchase the final piece of the Bristol sporting jigsaw, hmmmmmmm.
  3. Which, imho, is a much better way of deciding things.
  4. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/c/cardiff_city/8448330.stm If only Bury were part of Wales. I seem to remember the WFA taking care of this "minor hiccup" for one of its flock.
  5. Im stunned and disgusted, with all the money in football, the guy gets put on a plane that looks like its falling apart!
  6. Wash and Taylor to start next game. Walsh has bulked up, he doesn't get knocked off the ball anymore and his passing and urgency is really impressive, we may have the start of a very good player in him. Taylor continues to be a menace when he gets on the pitch, he needs to start.
  7. Why don't you shove your gas sentiments somewhere dark and cold, I think you are on the wrong forum ffs! copper shows gas colours on city forum shock! #anotherclevercopper#gaslogic
  8. To be fair you lot usually miss it going off, so not surprised that this seemed like large scale disorder. I hope the dogs are ok, they and the horses are always the poor innocents when this happens. It seems that Oxford took the piss before and after the game, a good100 or so mobbing up in the gas Hobgoblin. #woofcup
  9. I'm a pessimist, however I find it hard to imagine us getting relegated this season.
  10. I can't see them being around for that much longer, at least not as a full time pro club anyhow. The wider the gap gets, the weaker they become, it can't be sustainable. In today's market, there is not enough finance for 2 clubs to survive in Bristol, it's not like any other 2 club City/Town, its not a footballing area. I think non league will suit them just fine.
  11. Why's Eliasson gone off, sounds like our brightest spark, with him and Kelly forming a good partnership.
  12. Consistency is always going to be an unsolvable problem for LJ's team&s when he plays pivotal players like Patterson who are for want of another word; inconsistent.
  13. Shit day, but if we make the play offs by 1 point then today will be forgotten. Bad management, on top of some poor performances, on another day its 5/6 v 1, but the playoffs are still very reachable, de2spite of today.
  14. We really should have brought in a proven goal scorer and maybe kept Vyner for right back, Patterson seems undroppable, or at least subbed when things aren't going right!
  15. What? Not excuses at all, I wrote that at 3-1 and was saying good result and we have our best yet to come this season. Seems I doomed us. NO EXCUSES, truly terrible.
  16. Its a good result when you take a good, hard look at what a patched up side we out there today. We got lots of players playing out of position and dare I say it a couple who are drastically out of form, or not match fit. We have Baker and Pisano to comeback and Lois to get to grips with the English game and show us why he has demanded such a large fee in France. Id say that we may have the best of City still to come this season, and at such a pivotal time, lets get into the play off's and the premiership, YOU REDS!!!!!!
  17. was it not 7 mins from time. 83rd minute.
  18. I thought Pack was the weak link, he over complicates everything and stops the fluidity of many a forward move.
  19. What a bloody waste, clear shot on goal only to take on another defender and lose the ball. I can't watch anymore especially after that substitution
  20. Josh has been anonymous really, Smith playing box to box and getting into dome decent positions although like most of our Players has been guilty of wasting the final final ball.
