Had nine more points but then we literally threw in the towel due to ridiculous management by Steve’s favourite CEO. Meaningless comparison imo.

Fulham are good but we didn't help ourselves

Numerous false dawns with O’Dowda. 8 assists and a handful of goals in 150 odd games tells me what I need to know. Always one step forward and two back with him. Much to the disagreement of many I’m also struggling with Massengo. 1 assist, a couple of assisting the assists and no goals in 90 odd games doesn’t suggest he’s what we need right now and then compare that stat to Alex Scott who is basically a kid with a handful of appearances making his way in the game. -

I assume your username relates to being born in 1988? If so you are the most childish 33 year old on the face of the earth............................. If it relates to being 8.8 years old I, of course, apologise. -

Only because he has stood there and watched Fulham play for 45 minutes without doing a thing to stop it..........or is that Vyner's fault too? -

Kalas who got done for the second goal (albeit I thought a blatant push) and was badly out of position for the third which stopped Vyner doing what he should have as he was worried about a free Mitrovic being played in. That Kalas? -

You are without doubt the biggest baby who posts on this forum. Get a grip or **** off and support somebody else. Only somebody with mental issues would fail to realise that Fulham are better than us full stop. -

He might well be but if we revert back to Bentley kicking the ball long every single time it goes back to him any improvements we have made in an attacking way will be consigned to the dustbin. -

Not sure why there is no man on the far post for the fourth goal. Don't like that set up tbh and it is up to the Keeper to decide.. -

Why don't you all have a look at that third goal properly? I agree Vyner should have stepped inside and blocked the shot BUT had he done so Mitrovic would have been played in because KALAS wasn't even in the same ******* postcode. Some of you are ******* idiots. -

Drawing 2-2 away at a Fulham side that are way better than us and won their last game 7-0 and you haven't said ONE SINGLE POSITIVE THING so far. Well done lad. -

Correct, the only sensible pre-game conclusion is we’ll get done today. Fulham are a far better side than us there’s no doubt about that. But you watch the dozen usual suspects who only turn up when it goes wrong crying like little babies on here later if the expected does happen. I can’t for the life of me work out whether it’s because they are weak minded individuals who never played the game and therefore can’t deal with losing or whether they just genuinely hate the club. This is a very tough game. Can we compete with them at their place after they’ve just demolished Reading by seven in a similar manner to the way we competed at ours last week? That’s what I’m looking at rather than the score line tbh. -
I’ll put the house on that then…..

Exactly. Football isn't a one dimensional game. I've seen Man City score goals where Ederson has picked a 70 yard pass out...... who can say that is wrong. However this 50/50 nonsense spouted in the original post is way off the mark. That is why we have been better in the last 3-4 games.....because we have mixed our play up a bit rather than playing the predictable longer ball game that the original poster seems so keen to reintroduce. I'm guessing it's down to both the Manager and players having the confidence to mix it up now together with O'Leary coming in and playing a risker possession game than Bentley does. Also agree that sideways and backwards for 57 passes in your own half is no better than just lumping it.
