Enough about crosses - what about stars !
France, Germany, Italy & Spain all proudly display their world cup winning stars on their shirts but for some reason we camouflage ours so it's not really visible. It seems like we're embarrassed by it.

As an exile (East Sussex) my only moan is that as I can’t realistically make evening games it is not worth my while buying a season ticket, this increasingly means I miss out on away games (Plymouth is a currently example) as they often sell out before Members get an opportunity to buy.Never use to be much of a problem but has occurred a lot more over the last two or three seasons.
Not sure what the answer is , perhaps if we keep playing crap , then less people will want to go , and problem solved ️
I'm in the same situation being in Surrey. I've also noticed that getting away tickets has become more difficult in the last few years and have to reluctantly accept that if we did ever get to the PL I don't think I'd be in with a shout of getting away tickets. I fully accept that ST holders have priority but what irks me is that anyone can buy a membership to enable them to get priority just for a specific "glamour" game, potentially not having been to a City game before and therefore having equal priority to someone like me (55 years man and boy!!). City even plug buying memberships prior to a big game for that reason.

The club is trying to do it on the cheap
Yep - can't help but think the phrase "...knows the price of everything but the value of nothing" applies.

Radio Bristol saying we’ve done enough to get something out of the game
BBC Final Score report though said we "huffed and puffed but lacked the guile and know how to threaten WBA"

I seem to recall it had a load of plastic palm trees, could be memory playing tricks though.

Nice idea but......... the shirt is too shiny and am not convinced the badge is correct. In my opinion more realistic versions are available from TOFFS (https://www.toffs.com/shop-by-team/football/championship/bristol-city) for a similar price.

Will ITV show it when the Villa game ends?
Well so far it's as if there is no other game on. The only mention was at the start to say that Forest had scored.

BBC website doesnt even have the game listed to click, there is no link to team or anything! Or is it just me? the BBC is a joke for Championship football coverage.

We have a bedroom that has always suffered with condensation which had caused mould to grow on the wallpaper near the windows. Last year I tried the type where you use moisture absorbing tablets (Unibond) as shown in the picture. It did take moisture out of the air, and requires no power, but you do have to keep buying the replacement tablets. So this year I have bought an electric 12L dehumidifer and an constantly amazed at how much water it collects (certainly much more than the tablet version). It is noisy but we use it during the day and only probably every two days for a few hours. However - we have not had any condensation since!

Same although about 10 mins after for email. Maybe doing this in the morning helped.
Probably problems caused later by those IT based computers taking an easy afternoon following their lunch - they need to develop a work ethic

I was going to check that they have the union jack the right way up but the stripes are so poor I can't tell.
It is upside down.

Really looking forward to the day out. You never know. COYR
Same here, although my head is not particularly thinking along the lines of a cup upset. However, regardless of the result almost 9k of us should be able to make a din and leave an impression.
Maybe songs referring to the east end might get them a bit confused.

I can recall when Coco cola launched a mini football around 87, and a Brazilian guy coming to the chocolate box shop in Ashton, as part of the promotion and there was loads of us there watching, he did allsorts of tricks
See what you did there
Remember the chocolate box well - just across the road from Luckwell school

2 just came on site but could only select ST holder option, so frustrating surely should be on sale to members too! (I already have one ST holder but a member mate is after one)
That happened to me when I got one earlier in the week. Thought I was scuppered but then realised I could scroll further down where I could buy it as a non ST holder.

Really good result - who would have thought we'd win three in a row only a few weeks ago.
Downside is that I didn't go as I decided to go on a family walk on the North Downs instead. Lesson to self.....choose family priorities more carefully

Ahh.... rolling averages - takes me back to school maths lessons. Lovely stuff!
Sir, sir ... if it's a five game rolling average should not the first average only occur at game 5 though?

Surely there must be a video of her leaning out of the car window shouting at the Ipswich mob - "let's be avin you"

Thanks for this.
I laughed at the early comment about the lad in the blue track suit being "he's fu**ed" . I was behind him on Ashton Road as we left - he was attempting to goad the city fans all around him!

Probably but we shouldn't be - at least we have won it. Albeit increasingly some time ago.
Uruguay last won it in 1950 but are not shy about stars. They even include four stars on their shirts despite only having won the world cup twice! Maybe we should follow their example and just add a few
Footnote: The other two Uruguayan stars are supposed to be for winning the Olympics before the world cup.
