  1. Only the second lowest of the weekend in league one, 50 or so less than what Burton took to Fleetwood. About right for them tbh
  2. Would be fascinated to see where I was 'wet and limp wristed' yesterday, examples would be good. Examples of your 'massive insight' would also help, you've mentioned it a few times now but not actually backed it up with anything substantive
  3. @phantom has responded with a fair bit of information and facts to what you've said, he's clearly someone who knows a lot about where the women's side of things is at right now, especially with his role with the SC&T. Just as a suggestion, if you want to debate it with him (and as you've said, you've been around BCFC women for a while, so you have the capability to do so) then go ahead, that's what a forum is for. Name calling, and attacking the poster, isn't what the forum is for, however. Especially towards an Admin. Everyone is disappointed about yesterday, and the season as a whole. But let's not turn petty and turn against each other. The only way the team will get out of the championship in the next few years is through everyone singing from the same hymn sheet, there's absolutely no need to be offensive towards other supporters just because you have a different opinion
  4. Mansfield causing the fewers to cry yet again, you just love to see it
  5. Yep that's fair. To give the club credit, they've done a good job marketing it. Really hope the youngsters who have been drawn in this season stay now for the next couple. Next season will be tough, no doubt, but if they can have a couple of thousand each week that will only help
  6. Playing at AG I'd say it's very likely. Theyve been getting over 4k for the less Glamourous prem ties
  7. Likewise, I guess it's to increase attendances as much as possible. 2/3k watching them at AG would be way better than 1k at failand
  8. Perhaps, I'd imagine there'll be a drop in season tickets next season anyway, so not sure how much of a difference that'll make. It's also a £25 increase on their last championship season, which feels quite extortionate really It just feels a bit odd to me, but I guess there's a reason I'm not in charge of these things! What does that have to do with anything?
  9. Any sort of increase after relegation seems odd really. Had we been relegated to league one this season, I heavily doubt people would have been happy with a 6.25% increase across the board
  10. They're playing at AG next season, not the HPC. Not quite sure why the need to disparage the club or fans after this season in such a way, the support has been superb (5th highest in the league), who cares whether they're there to see England players or not?
  11. It's £8 a game isn't it? Just for comparison, when Reading were relegated last season, theirs were £70 for adults and £35 for u12s for the season after. An increase after relegation, to what will (I'd presume) be comfortably the most expensive season ticket in the league, feels quite bizarre
  12. What difference does that have to do with it? City weren't relegated when the team sheet, with the drawings, was announced pre match. Their position in the table is irrelevant. Do you really think any of the players care that a child has drawn a picture of them? If anything, this sort of thing helps bring eyes into the women's game. A child who drew say, Abi Harrison, may now look out for her as their favourite player. It can only be a good thing
  13. So have City men, why weren't you annoyed at it yesterday? The kids who made the drawings will be thrilled they've been included, I genuinely don't see the harm it's doing?
  14. Why are season tickets prices rising despite relegation?
  15. Why? What difference does it make to anything? It was a family day, so they're giving school kids the chance to be involved as much as possible. Talk about finding things to be offended about...
  16. So just to confirm, we’re you or were you not the pitch invader today?
  17. Glad you enjoyed it, nice to see you being positive as well for once. Not sure why I've been mentioned though!
  18. We're now exactly 4 months on from this. What exactly was that 'something' that was happening back in December? I must have missed it?
  19. Considering where Derby have been financially in recent times (a mess they certainly aren't clear of yet) I'd be very surprised if they could pay higher wages than the majority of clubs at this level to be honest
  20. You do raise legitimate concerns, but you also fail to raise any legitimate points of praise as well. If you're only capable of doing one, then fine, but that's not a narrative on my part. If you could point any lies I've told I'd be grateful as well
  21. I agree, but when 95% of what someone writes is negative, even after a victory, then it's only fair they're questioned about it. It's very easy to constantly criticise and expect perfection, but the best posters on here are the ones who are able to balance that with a level of positivity, which certain posters seem to struggle with
  22. What's your basis for that though? The last 3 seasons they've finished 21st, 23rd and then 2nd in league one. Nothing from that screams potential to go up from the championship does it? In fact, they have spent 2 of the last 16 seasons a league above us. Hardly sounds like a side with potential to go straight up again?
  23. It's not just that example though is it? (Although if you'd wanted to watch a live stream of the Blackburn match, as you hadn't gone yourself, it would have been very easy.) Leicester at home, we beat the team who have just been promoted, you manage to find every negative avenue about the performance, at no stage finding anything positive. Plymouth away, we win and yet you're negative about the formation. Blackburn at home you disappear because there was nothing to be negative about. 'Leading the play off charge' is just not true is it? In fact, post Southampton you commented on the fact that us being 4 points off the play offs was disappointing because of the points we'd dropped elsewhere. It's fine to have a negative outlook on the club right now, you certainly aren't alone in that. What every other poster is able to do is balance that out by being positive when things go well. If you did that, as much as it may work against your biases, you may find people to be more receptive of your point of view
  24. Just for context on the ‘meaningless’ nature of those 6 games. If we’d lost all 6, we’d currently be a point off the drop zone, with one win in 12 and a very real possibility of relegation. Would they have been meaningless then @W-S-M Seagull?
  25. You are totally allowed to have those opinions, but then it’s all about balance. You’re a constant presence on match day threads, post match threads etc when we’ve lost or played poorly. For comparison, you made 18 posts during and after the Sunderland game, commenting on how poor we were (which was deserved) but then made 4 during and after Blackburn, none of which were positive, because you struggled to find anything to use against Manning. It’s all well and good talking about other people’s narrative whilst not realise how strong yours is. If you were more balanced and capable of supporting us when we do well as well as when we are crap then you wouldn’t receive some of the reactions you get
