  1. It's the optimism that kills us! That game, performance, Lita on the ******* bench!
  2. It's a result that most City fans remember, despite so many disappointments it's that play off final.
  3. Toughest game of the season today for me. Their clearly in form, score goals and don't let many in. As others have said they're been in the top three this season. We've got to be at our best tonight to get a result. No tinkerkng from Johnson with the team, quite simply he has to play our best 11, in what he believes is our best formation. Good indicator to where we stand this season. Unlike other teams we've played such as Newcastle I don't think they're just settle for a 1-0 away win
  4. Far less confident than I was a week or so ago. However, we're a team in confidence and the appointment of Colin could have a positive impact for us, potentially less complacency going into the game? City losing at half time but 3-1 away win
  5. Doesn't it show how far we've come, debating team selection after winning 4-0! Pleased that Freeman is starting , said on another thread not sure would have helped his confidence if didn't start today
  6. Why did he stop at the end? He had crolla then
  7. Any city staying in London tonight and planning on watching the fight?
  8. He under estimated Fury last time, thought he was a complete loon. I think that was Fury's game plan and it certainly worked. I would like the authorities to complete an independent assessment on Fury to assess his injury. Once is bad luck, twice so soon? I'm not sure if a boxer has to be independently assessed?
  9. I would be happy with that starting 11; but wouldn't be surprised if Moore starts. As for today, high scoring draw , 3-3
  10. Time out for Flint is over due now. No player should be guaranteed a start and he's going through a rough time. Two goals at Rotherham, third goal on Tuesday and this today. Will add, he will bounce back from this bad form
  11. One benefit of living in Yorkshire, we can get to these long distance away games. Why oh why are long distance games like this, Norwich, Leeds and Preston away mid week. There's enough teams local to Bristol for then to be mid week , and far away games to be on a weekend. Rant over! 2-2 tonight
  12. Said it before and everyday being proven right, the guy is simply out of his depth. He was happy to play along with the billionaire comments when he took over, now the reality is he needs to spend money and serious money. The club is going to struggle in league 1; early signs suggest that and they need an influx of players, now got to wait till January. The ground is another matter, they need capital to find the build and every week there's an excuse, the EU vote was strange, now they've got the money but need to do another consultation. Wouldn't that have been done when they brought the club? UWE was already in place then? Unfortunately for Rover's they've got someone in who brought himself a toy and doesn't have the capital required to run it. Maybe they've got delay tactics so UWE pull out
  13. Playing with 10! Happy with that team, although thought may have gone for Pack as being away from home against likely to be a physical team
  14. Looking forward to today, going into a game expecting to win, with their form to date and us on the back of a good second half versus Villa Are we expecting Tammy to be fit?
