  1. Not at all. They’ve priced it at the highest that they think people will pay. They could of priced it as low as they could.
  2. As low as possible to still maximise money for the club yes. As low as possible for the supporters, no.
  3. Two different things, pricing out and as low as possible.
  4. Have they really? As low as possible? That's just pure guesswork
  5. £2m, that's what? 1 Gustav Engall? Half a Nakhi Wells? An 8th of a Kalas? That's £38.5k per week. That's probably Wells + Palmers wages per week. Is that really a lot to us? Debatable.
  6. Already vastly overpriced. For season tickets and for single tickets. We’ve had nowhere near the quality we should be paying. Be interesting to see where we sit in the league for average ST prices vs where we are right now (18th, although technically lower if it wasn’t for point deductions).
  7. Very interesting. I think his arial ability is under rated, most likely due to having Fam previously who was very good .
  8. Least you got to grips with it finally.
  9. Depends how you define as average. One of my favourite keepers we've had. Average to me would of been someone like Phillips.
  10. What is a cult hero vs a hero? Surely Basso is a hero?
  11. One off game. Won't bring overall average anywhere near season ticket cost per game. Hopefully will attract new fans, as right now we are massively overpriced for any casual fans.
  12. Wasn't a free kick given? Hence the goal was ruled out?
  13. Could Wilson play RM if needed?
  14. Wow so insightful!
  15. Let’s be honest we weren’t expecting to be pushing for the play offs that season. Therefore 11th, albeit it disappointing since Boxing Day, and a great cup run, lead to a decent season. Not dire, not great, just decent. I’d take that season over this in a heartbeat.
  16. You wouldn’t of called our cup run phenomenal?
  17. You do know other clubs are in the league right? Who spend lots of money? West Brom have a guy on their bench who was £12-18mil, and they are 12th. Johnson never had that kind of money. The whole probably comment is based on nothing. Furthermore the whole cup run, where we finished 7th was before we had the money from major player sales as well. Again, prime example of how he’s been “decent”

No, but he's started using it, so not sure why he's stopped? If he isn't going to use it it'll be better to give an explanation why, and to get it removed? He's very quick on Twitter to respond to be fair to him.
  19. Look at our defence. RB (admittingly round peg, square hole), Promotion Winning CB, Promotion Winning CB, England U21 left back. Ships in 2x goals a match. That's not getting the best out of them. We have a real purple patch with HNM, but gone massively off the boil. Has James been rushed back too? We have some good Championship players on paper. I don't think the tactics are getting the best out the squad, but that's also because our squad is massively imbalanced.
  20. We lost to Barnsley last night. Under what pretence do we suddenly become a play off chasing team? Why are all the teams above us going to go backwards?
  21. He never said he was. But Cooper is getting far more out of his players than Pearson. Is Pearson getting the best out of Kalas, Han Noah, James? I'd argue no.
  22. This was happening well before Bristol Sport, it's not exclusive. The last time we had a plan, and structure was under Cotts/Burt in League One. Players identified for a formation, young players, and a great culture.
  23. I agree about positional play, but it's also about mindsets. We have a soft underbelly. And we have enough seasoned pros where we shouldn't.
  24. The 3 players you mentioned were all on frees. Was there any right backs / defensive midfielders on frees, a low wages, who would of done the job? I don't know, genuine question. We did however need CM's too, hence the signing of James and King. Plus needed people to set standards in training (that's why I see the signings of Simpson / King although not sure it's showing on the pitch from other players). I did caveat it's also seasoned professionals, which they are. Klose captained Norwich. Weimann is incredibly vocal on the pitch so must disagree there. Exactly, I'd rather we became a team who were hard to beat, even if it led to a lot of draws, than a team which need to score 3 goals a game to win.
