I love my griddle. So handy for cooking the likes of chicken on it without it being too oily. Also so handy for sausages (so they don't bloody roll everywhere), and also really like chargrilling broccoli on it. In terms of hosting, I have a raclette which is excellent. Essentially getting guests to cook their own dinner, but many love the novelty!

As I mentioned on the match thread, we are worlds away vs when Nige first joined. Some good attacking play, some great youngsters and a very likeable squad. Proud to be a City fan, even if we only drew today.

Overall disheartening with the final result, but it’s becoming such a joy to watch City again. We play some really nice attacking football at times, we have some superb youngsters coming through, and have some really likeable players. We have progressed so far over the past year and a half under Nige. Eventually it’ll all click, with a good couple of recruits next Summer I think we could be a dark horse next summer. I am proud today to be a City fan, even if we didn’t get 3 points.

Went to the Clifton Lido swim and brunch Friday. Very good, especially for £35pp. The swim was fresh (and by fresh I mean bloody freezing), the pool isn't massively heated. Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna. Then for breakfast you get a hot drink, cold drink and breakfast dish. I had the fantastic Turkish eggs, my partner had the salmon on sourdough. Very good sized portions and great quality.

Love some of old music, his newer stuff isn't for me though. Heard he's a bit of an arrogant sod, a bit of an arse, and his recent COVID views doesn't help this. Saw him back in March 2020 just before lockdown, doing a charity gig with Eric Clapton, Tom Jones, Mick Hucknall etc. Still got his voice, unlike some others who "performed" cough Paul Young cough.

I know you would @Leveller but I was asking a different poster. You said only a few football fans would use the term to describe a player of many clubs, currently at 70%. I think it may you in the wrong by underestimating the use of this term in British Football.
