Ask Hotel staff to login to Wi-Fi if you can’t.

Pre-buy a video match day pass for the game, in Spain, hours or days before the game to be prepared. It will be this link,  https://bristolcitypayments.streamamg.com/account/register/step1 , if you click it now you’ll only see the Audio pass (as it detects you’re in the UK), but in Spain you’ll see the option to buy the video pass.

On the day, sign in, click Robins TV (this link  http://robinstv.bcfc.co.uk) click play.

In short, connect to the internet, click the first link, buy a pass, click the second link, press play.

To add to this, if you don’t already, you can save your payment/card details now to be better prepared for when you purchase the pass. This link should work if you’re logged in: https://bristolcitypayments.streamamg.com/account/billing?&lang=en

You are overlooking their inability to listen to criticism. Make a noise over there and they get called a Ted and told to go to Trashton.

Their fans hold them back as much as their leadership does.

I was reading their stadium thread, a poster actually said that the other Gas forum was an echo chamber, any different views were shut down and he was grateful for the varied opinions and debate on GasChat. I haven’t stopped laughing yet.

Really? That seems a little extreme to me. Out of interest, what is it you dislike so much? Is it a personal disliking for a more modern design, or something more specific?

I think it's decent. Looks pretty modern, smart, and clean. Has gone down fairly well with the fanbase. The robin motif works quite nicely on its own for a lot of branding. Certainly an improvement on the outdated and amateurish looking badge from the 70's/80's, and the generally "meh" Bristol coat of arms.

If I were being critical, I'd say it's in danger of falling into the group of 'template' circular badges that almost every club is going for these days, and in doing so potentially lacks a bit of identity? (see new badges of Brentford, Millwall, QPR, Aston Villa, etc). Sticking a reference to the suspension bridge on the badge (as below) and/or having a non-circular crest would probably improve it a little bit. IMHO, it's far from being one of the worst in the EFL though.

I think it looks better without the added circles, and Brentford looks far better, the added, but simple, detail makes it look considerably more professional.

  5. Re his subscription, and the excuse of “the media have profited off of me enough for free”, it’s quite laughable really.

Joey: “You’re profiting off of me and I get no money from it”

Media: “Press is part of your contract as a EFL manager”

Joey: “Not my private Twitter though!”

Media: “It’s not private, you’re talking about Bristol Rovers public interests”

Joey: “Yeah, well, I’m still going to charge you. You’re massively profiting off of me!”

Media: “Okay, how much will you charge?”

Joey: “Umm, a massive £4.69 per month”

    ??

If anyone truly believes this is done to stop the media’s ‘profits’, and not to charge gullible fans that can afford that price, then they need to give their heads a wobble.

I don’t know if I’ve understood this correctly, maybe someone can help?

Barton has set up a Twitter account that his own fans have to subscribe to if they want exclusive transfer info??

Exactly that and a lot of Gas are defending him, they really get what they deserve.

I assume it couldn’t be the case when I first saw the Subscription post. But he really is hiding Rovers transfer news behind a £5.99 paywall on Twitter, have you ever heard of a manager doing that?? That is definitely the first time in history, and the proceeds to himself, not the club.

Wael/that CEO don’t have half a backbone between them, absolute joke.

Oh and he said a “considerable amount” will be going to charity after he was quizzed on it, and never said that in his original post. The second excuse was to filter out the ‘hate’ posts, yet the only things behind the paywall are Gas related comments (which he never got hate on), and he’s still posting political rubbish in front of the wall, in which he still gets replies from anyone. Just getting that in there in case any Gas reply trying to defend him with broken logic.

Long thread so might have been suggested before, but I'm a little surprised that the idea of a, say, £35M bid for Scott and Conway hasn't really surfaced on the speculation treadmill. Taking the pair of them would IMO probably improve the chances of them both making the step up successfully. I know that would be a fair chunk of change, but would represent value to my mind.

Alex is always referencing Tommy whenever he appears on camera which suggests to me that having that support in his next move would really make a difference to him. I suspect the feeling is mutual.

Tin hat on! Awaiting both barrels ?

Can’t get particularly optimistic playing these kinds of teams. Worrying for me that we aren’t playing anyone above league 1 level before the start of the season. Not that results against higher opposition mean that much but it’s more to get us to the level required.

I do like Pearson and I’m hopeful of a top 10 but I do wonder how good our prep will turn out. Hope to be wrong.

95% of the team have had seasons of playing Championship teams, this is just for fitness, minutes in the legs only.

Would Wolves allow us to start Scott if a move was imminent? Hopefully a sign that the fee agrees rumours are false

They are false, no credible source (a fee may have been agreed, but that’d be coincidental).
