Manning's only been at Oxford about 8 months, staving off the threat of relegation last season and taking them to 2nd in the table now.
Evidently a promising young manager and would certainly seem to fit the bill as far as the Lansdowns/Tinnion are concerned, but very inexperienced and a huge gamble.
He wouldn’t last ten minutes in the Championship.
Way out of his depth

The Club can't turn the clock back but in my view (most will disagree) the pragmatic thing would be to give Curtis Fleming the job until the end of the season unless the next two games suggest otherwise.
It's not going to happen but a lot of coaching is about communication and motivation and he has those skills in abundance. The Club can reevaluate at the end of the season. He strikes me as infinitely smarter than Dean Holden and whoever comes in now will have to work with the current crop of players. Also, Tinnion will be doing the recruitment in January. Fleming comes across as a passionate man but someone who can form good relations with anyone in a positive way.
No doubt Tinnion won't want any connections with NP hanging around so it's unlikely in the extreme if he is the ultimate decision-maker. Curtis just comes across as an impressive man in press conferences and for the things he does outside of football. It could just give a twist in the tale from a poor decision horror story to an uplifting next chapter if he is given a chance and makes a success of it.
Think there’s no chance of that.

Personally think Lampard is a far better shout for the job over Eustace.
Hes “been there and done it” scenario
He would definitely attract more fans to the Gate and would have many contacts from the Premiership who would allow their loan players to come to the club
He would know the potential catch point area for the fan base in the South West as well
And I actually think the players would welcome him with open arms
I know many are mentioning his wages but our transfer deals will see there is plenty in the pot to pay him a three year deal
And the big thing he’s a name and face that could well attract new buyers

Comes to something when many Rovers fans have made comments on Bristol Live site saying what a ridiculous decision by the owners.
Think NP has massive support

What a fooking mess again
My 50 year tenure of the club I love may be over.
Gutted- 1

Personally think NP done a class job
What I’ve never been able to understand is the relentless injuries (12 out at mo)
And the fact we sell the likes of Kelly 17 million, Semeyno 13 million and Scott 25 million and very little given to NP to bring in players.
I understand the club were in debt but no longer.
And surely if NP would have been given 15 million to bring in a top finisher keeper and centre back we all wouldn’t have been having these conversations today.
Truly gutted but that’s Bristol City

Personally will be gutted if NP leaves even worse if the owners get rid.
You can’t knock the blokes efforts and the squad have become strong and hard to beat and play some great football at times.
I want the guy to stay.

It will be tragic if he’s not offered an extension and the owners bring in a new man and we start all over agzun
Thetes a huge air of optimism at the Gate.
Not that sny of us expect direct promotion but we are all happy with the team and the way we are playing.
It’s a progress thing.
NP done exactly the same at Leciester
Please give this guy more time Mr Lansdown

You can tell by NP after match comments he wants to stay here
He knows he’s probably close to something he achieved at Leicester
FFS Mr Lansdown
Extend his contract

The management/owners MUST keep this guy for at least another season beyond his contract.
He’s done really well and made us a battling good footballing team
Fan base is increasing and I personally think all the fans are happy with NP at the helm !!!

Never been in the Heineken lounge before, was just wondering from people that have is it worth the £90 and what is included in that price? Thank you
Its excellent, done it many times.
You get a bottle of Heineken on arrival along with table for the afternoon.
You then get your lunch, usually buffet style, but its good.
A match day programme.
Paul Cheesley is your host and there is always some current and old City players about for pictures and a chat
Shown to your seat at 2-45
Half time some food on your table.
After the game bar open to around 6pm.
You will enjoy it.

TC is class
Worrying that the poachers from the Prem will be out
If that finish was from a Prem team it would have been played over time and time again
Hes a wonderful talent
And a big shout to Brian Tinnion
He has been a gem to bring these lads through
