Pretty sure the injury to Bob Taylor didn't help us much as he missed the game . Saying that they did play to their strengths. Lump it up to Devon White and feed off him. Their midfield just went around kicking shit out of ours.
Very similar to what City did to those ***** after the game.
I worked in Filton at the time and dreaded going to work the next day.
Well I reckon our biggest mistake was challenging that lump when the ball was hoofed up to him,all it meant was that one of our centre defenders was instantly out of the game, should of just dropped off of him and picked up the seconds.Just my opinion mind.

Those area line were never as defined as some think.
I grew up in BS2 , my mates were City too. Went to Whitefield and there were plenty of City there and we used to run coaches from the Maypole in Hanham in the 80s . I had plenty of mates in Kingswood & Hanham that were City , Easton and Fishponds too , I have mates that grew up in Filton . Overall maybe , but never as black & White ( Red & Blue) as it has been painted at times.Moved from Hartcliffe to St Paul’s when I was 3,when growing up there I can remember games of football in St Agnes park ,City v Rovers, definitely 50/50.My older brothers also went to Whitefield, they were proper late sixties Skinheads.

I've been told that Jamie McAllister has been sacked after he allegedly headbutted someone at the awards evening.
Seen the above on twitter, could be bollocks
I thought it was just minibuses they liked headbutting
Perhaps someone called him a ******* sh*thead.

I agree on both highlighted points wendy - unless the SPL is considered a ‘step up’ for Conway…….……
As for Twine - no we haven’t seen enough of him particularly as he’s been missing and won’t have yet regained the match sharpness. Any player that’s been injured for quite some time would have the same readjustment to match fitness.
That said the glimpses we have seen have shown what a fully fit Twine would bring. His set piece delivery is excellent as we saw at Norwich and he can certainly see a pass. He and Williams in midfield would be quite a prospect - I don’t think he’s worth anywhere near £5m quoted tho but if City could get him for half that or maybe £3m then go for it.
What I will say about Twine is that he wins(?) a lot of free kicks.

It’s the players wearing the shirt that matters to me,not that the shirt has or has not got a red and white cross on the back.

It'll be Tinnion until the season's end while they conduct a 'rigourous process'.
When we will headhunt Matt Taylor from from our nearest but not dearest.

Football’s been crap for three months is the simple retort to that, what does the loon expect?
To be fair, the football has been(with the odd exception )crap for about 4-5 seasons.

I thought the booing yesterday was a culmination of the QPR,Wednesday and Cardiff games, plus a first half totally devoid of,well, anything. It was as if a decent performance at at Ipswich had totally removed those games from JW’s memory.

Not sure if you meant that. It certainly bore me out!!
No it wasn’t intentional, but it certainly works.

Manning more or less said in his post match interview that the plan(?) was not to lose the game. That first half of non football bore this out. Then with about 20 minutes left,we seemed to realise that Swansea weren’t really up to much, and when we started getting the ball forward a lot quicker,we created about 3 or 4 good chances, the atmosphere noticeably picked up(no coincidence there),as they say ‘it ain’t rocket science.

Fast,front foot,aggressive,all out attack football,3-0 win,……….or maybe something completely different,no one has a clue.
