  1. And that`s another one not given. Why would Tommy go down there, clear pull back.
  2. The squad`s nowhere near a top six one despite what the club say. Also referenced that that`s what they said as the reason for getting rid of NP.
  3. As always, Jobi MacAnuff telling it like it is, Brian won`t like that.
  4. We woke up to four inches of snow down here in Devon today so that`s all melted into the ground now as well.
  5. The first bit`s easy, straight down the M5. it`s when you get to Bristol the problems start.......................
  6. Not surprised - it`s been chucking it down all day here in Devon
  7. We did exactly the same thing except we drove up and kipped in the car at South Mimms services! I think the Arsenal game was the FA Cup 4th or 5th round though - Forest won 2-0 with Paul Wilkinson getting both IIRC.
  8. Or ignorus which is what the rest of the football world has been doing for years.
  9. Just how I remember it, a double fence separating the home and away fans in the Park End. I only went in there a few times - one I recall was the night we relegated Spurs which turned out to be not such a good idea in hindsight!
  10. Are you there Ivor? I think you live in Worthing don`t you?
  11. I know. Back then there were questions asked in the House if something like this happened but now it seems like there`s one every day and it barely gets reported outside of the local area. A sad world we live in.
  12. Jason Knight got on for the last 20 v Belgium, Mark Sykes an unused sub.
  13. Blackburn will be the real test. A Wednesday night, live on Sky and not many away fans.
  14. Yeah I`m quite enjoying it. Two ex players of ours for Stockport too - Conor L-H and Todd Kane (remember him!)
  15. I`ve always had a bit of a soft spot for Chesterfield. It was always a good day out back at the old Saltergate with decent fans and decent pubs. We generally got something there too and of course it was the scene of Testimitanu`s thunderbastard! Good to see them back.
  16. Richard Taylor death: Campaigner and father of Damilola Taylor dies - BBC News He did so much good work since his son was murdered but still must have been saddened that children are still stabbing and killing other children twenty four years later.
  17. I`m thinking more along the lines of a version of one of those things the trains used to have to grab the mail without stopping. SL could just fly over @BigTone`s country estate and scoop him up in a net. Would have to be a bloody big net mind!
  18. I`m in that queue somewhere too. Best of it was, when we got to the scene of what we imagined must be a multi vehicle accident it turned out there were two cars on the hard shoulder who had obviously just had a shunt.
