  1. I`m sure he would. Mind you, didn`t MAIT batter Accrington for ninety minutes last week but lost in the 94th?
  2. I prefer to think of it as climbing the Matterhorn, if they win in the end it`s the equivalent of Everest.
  3. Just watching the goals Harrogate are rattling in v Scunthorpe (4-0 up in half an hour). The Scunny fans behind the goal aint happy!
  4. Hadn`t you wondered why they haven`t been trying to get a small crumb of comfort amongst their own shitshow by taking the piss out of our home form?
  5. They are truly in despair over on slagchat. One of them is utterly embarrassed that we are quoting from JB`s press conference as even he can see how deluded he sounds.
  6. Are Rovers owners wealthier than any of these? | Bristol Rovers GasChat Forum A few green-eyed comments on this thread!
  7. So, home to Carlisle tomorrow (who, despite it being their cup final) will probably have about a hundred there. I reckon6.2k - higher or lower for a Brucey Bonus?
  8. There`s a really interesting documentary out there somewhere about Dick Kerr Ladies who were at one time one of the best supported teams in the country.
  9. Go on, do it. You probably will be the only one but just think of the giggles the rest of us will have when we see you.
  10. Matthew (Master) Bates Fletcher Christian Roberts In years gone by we could have listed all these in the Bounty Hunter
  11. I thought they were banned after Carlos Tevez tried wearing one?
  12. It has to be that surely. No-one could seriously spout this bollocks and really believe it could they? What`s next - starting Bartontown somewhere on Salisbury Plain and inviting g*sheads to join him there in waiting for the apocalypse?
  13. Mark Ormrod: Triple-amputee completes cycle challenge - BBC News I don`t know how much coverage this guy gets outside of the South West but IMO he deserves much wider attention. Mark is an ex-marine who was blown up by an IED in Afghanistan and lost both legs and his right arm but what he has achieved since that is truly awesome and deserves huge respect. The amount of money he has raised for charity by putting himself through hell is truly remarkable - I`ve just seen the film and pictures from his latest `adventure` and they sum up what sort of man he is. Someone on Radio Devon described him the other day as a force of nature and I find it hard to argue with that!
  14. Sometimes the stars align and one post randomly follows another!
  15. They really don`t like each other. The only time I`ve seen a full-on pitch invasion and huge scrap at a pre-season friendly was at the old Huish Park v Weymouth!
  16. Thank God OTIB is still here as the voice of reason.
  17. My bad. I`d forgotten it`s their Cup Final too.
  18. It`s clearly a conspiracy hatched by Bristol City Council, Sainsbury`s and Wycombe Wanderers and the evil genius behind it all is the tax dodger Pantsdown.
  19. The fuel crisis, internationals on the telly, something on up The Downs. It`s a pity for them the London Marathon is this weekend otherwise they could have used that.
  20. Home to the mighty Carlisle next Saturday. Any crowd predictions? Sub 6k with about twenty from Cumbria?
  21. Plus, in a similar way to the blue few, he continues to give us free hits due to his antics. It`s an amusing sideshow and great fun.
  22. The trouble with days like this is that we are now worried that Wally will finally grow a pair and sack the thug which is the last thing we want.
