  1. This reminds me of an analogy I often use about them. If a City fan was walking along the canal, came across a drowning s*g, and offered his hand to help, the s*g would rather pull him in with them than accept his help.
  2. Dale Vince just on PW explaining how FGR are going to manage getting fans back in. ST holders first as expected.
  3. Absolutely, it doesn`t fit the narrative you see. That one was only in an `early round` so is insignificant. #gaslogic
  4. No thanks. It`s a no win game for us. If we beat them we`re expected to, look at the money we`ve spent, blah blah blah and if they did scab a win against our U18s we`d never hear the last of it - they still bang on about the 1-0 fatty ******* Lambert game even now.
  5. As long as it`s not at home, we don`t want them getting paid to be on TV.
  6. `And if it wurnt for that covid we`d of sold the mem out four times over. All of Bristol wud of bin there supporting da famuzz quarters`
  7. Not going to watch it as if I do they`ll probably win. If I don`t, they won`t.
  8. But you forget dey are da famuzz quarters loved by all and should be given three points just for having the decency to grace the town of Wigan with their presence.
  9. No idea who the Worcester bloke in the picture is but he looks like some cheesy gameshow host.
  10. Yeah made it look easy in the end. SA`s bowling was a little questionable to say the least though! Still, well done England, on to the next one.
  11. Gonna be a struggle to get near SA`s 179.
  12. They`ll spot you straightaway. Genuine Cornish folk have webbed fingers.
  13. And that`s without their cloggers trying to put our players out for weeks.
  14. Followed by them drawing us in the third round!
  15. Still in the bottom four after Rochdale got a point. #comingforus
  16. I suspect we will get refunds and then have to buy a ticket if you`re one of the ones who gets the chance to attend.
  17. Yep it is. We`re in West Devon just over the Cornish border and are also very low but in half an hour I can be in the centre of Exeter (been working there all day today) or Plymouth. It will probably end up the same everywhere purely because of the ease of travelling from a low to a high area.
  18. As an aside to a fellow Devonian it will be interesting to see how they approach the county as a whole. Will Plymouth/Exeter/Torbay be in a higher tier than the rest of us I wonder?
  19. When will we find out which areas are in which tiers do we think? i`m guessing we`ll be in tier 1 down here in Devon but Bristol will be in tier 2 or 3? Even if 4k fans were allowed in to AG I doubt I`d want to go - I don`t want to drive 120 miles on my own to sit on my own (none of the people I go with are in my `bubble`) and then drive 120 miles home again. The club need to do an initial canvas to see who feels the same as I do so they can be removed from the ST total and then see how many are left.
  20. I always wondered what that inflatable duck was doing.
  21. The trouble is, while most of us are well up the tree of life, they are still struggling to crawl out of the primordial slime.
  22. I saw the Pitman goal for the first time on Quest earlier. How can they leave a proven goalscorer totally unmarked in the six yard box for a free header! If there`s one thing everyone knows about Brett Pitman it`s that if he gets a chance like that he`s more likely than not to put it away. He didn`t even have to jump, just move his head a bit! Their problems go far deeper than just the departed manager.
  23. Nothing like giving a new manager a bit of time - what`s he had, 48hrs with the team? Their loyal and true fans don`t get on the manager`s back though - that post must be from a ted interloper.
