One things for sure, how this goes, for me is down to the Lansdowns.

But we had heard of big names such as, Marcus Stewart, David James, Michael Bridges... Those went well...
I'm personally not against Mannning getting the job - I'm going to back him, if its him.
But if we struggle, this season or next, Its the Lansdowns fault and i'll be calling for their head, not the managers.

Manning did lose his job, but was doing well before he sold his best players. And he has turned Oxford from relegation battlers to chasing promotion in one summer.
He also has good pedigree.
Plenty of promise there.
