Will Alex be successful at Wolves? I'll let you be the judge of that when I tell you that he was once supported by a little-known Scottish outfit called Texas -

TL;DR Don't bother watching that. West Ham fan likes the look of Alex Scott. Happy that West Ham are linked. The end. -
I follow Joe Bryan on Instagram and he posted yesterday he was back in London for 24hrs. Flying visit. Could be for medical/signing terms if rumours are true?

Huddersfield Town away match thread

Nice lad, but the epitome of what Pearson needed to shift. Wages paid on a player never likely to trouble our first team, or anyone else’s in the division. -

Surely they can’t be any worse second half? Imagine being a pro and being asked to play Warnock ball. I’d rather be relegated with my conscience intact -
Even I got willy pan, Rudolf. From you of all people, I expected more.

Keeping some pretty decent company in the BBC's Gossip column today. A Sun report linking him to Spurs again.

Could We Realistically Have Come Out Any Better?
deadredfred replied to Silvio Dante's topic in Football Chat
Classy isn’t it -
the gulf is huge! That’s the point. So comfortable for them, that Pep felt the need to bring on the most expensive playmaker in British football history to try and seal it, because up until then, we were only a final bit of quality away from really testing them. Foden, the MOM, said it wasn’t a 3-0 game. I’ll go with his slightly more valuable opinion than yours

The Man City game could be a huge opportunity for both Alex and us to demonstrate what he’s all about. Of course he’s already scouted and known, but still probably under the radar of the majority of fans in the Premiership (where he will surely end up) No better shop window for Alex or the club than Tuesday

Well, until we see the new kit, you can design your own!... Textbook Friday afternoon 'work' https://icreate.oneills.com/template.php?template=resources/products/kits/soccer/jerseys/SCRB2-35.xml

Just reading the Bournemouth match report and sounds like Semenyo had a good game and was unlucky not to score… ‘Semenyo's tremendous solo run midway through the second period deserved a better outcome - but the former Bristol City player was thwarted by Estupinan's block.’ He’s also scored 6.80/10 in the Beeb’s ratings. Almost a full point more than any other Bournemouth player (for context, Brightons match winner Mitoma got 8.1). Look forward to MOTD later. Well done Antoine!

Preston North End away match thread
deadredfred replied to Jerseybean's topic in The Havanatopia Match Day Archive
Hope he does well. Always keep an eye on our former players regardless, but with Antoine in particular it’ll be interesting to see how he gets on a level up. Good to see us unchanged. Looking forward to the new additions getting minutes today -

No idea what you’re talking about. My comment was about Zak Vyner’s form in a completely different thread?!
