Need to turn possession into opportunity.....
-
I know that (having been paying by DD for the last 7 years) I should now be across when the payments are from and to....but I'm not.
Can Someone please let me know when they finish - is it end of Feb or end of Mar?
Thanks in advance!
(Opting to pay the whole cost for the three season cards this year when renewing!)

I remember Phil Alexander suggesting that the Lansdowns may well be willing to crack open the nest egg in a Jan window if they felt one season we were in a position to get top 6.
It's possible we could be in and around the top 6 when the window opens. That 6th place is achievable imo. So maybe they will go for it? But of course the money needs to be spent wisely.
Agree with this post - the placement of us in the league will also attract better players than if we were wallowing in mid-table mediocrity (which is still a possibility if we have a couple of bumps in the road).
Must be positive - now need to make AG a fortress (post Brum away of course - not an easy questions to answer) - onwards and updwards (with a large dose of "feet on the floor".

He still has a thirst - never gave up on the ball - still had it all to do when he entered the box and controlled it.
Passed it past the keeper (like it was never in doubt) - Good to see him among the goals.
He has had a fair amount of stick about form on here (no smoke without fire etc) but he has proven that he can still offer something if the chance arrives....
He will remain a firm favourite of mine in years to come - he has been involved in so many good moments - well done Andi!

What a great set of results against good sides.
Agree, and we should definitely enjoy this run - the challenge will be when we face teams at the bottom (the ones we should beat) - will we turn up - too often in the past we have dropped points after wins against better teams - Only time will tell.
Good demonstration of what is possible with this team against an "in form" team - Lets build and be better - looking forward to getting a few injured players back in the running for places.

By May it’ll be 16 years since our last play off final, we’re definitely due another.
Yep, only because the last time we were promoted it was automatic!
Clearly, I am not saying that we are contenders for promotion (either automatic or via the playoffs) - just want to watch some good football (which was evidenced today - despite a couple of slack play.
I was not impressed with the NP sacking / LM appointment - I wish LM all the very best - despite being fat already - i'd quite happily take a large slice of humble pie toward the end of the season.
On to the next game (another team we have a poor away record with) - lets take it a game at a time.
Well done lads - Made my Christmas this year!

Should be 4!

Borja Sainz of Norwich waves an imaginary yellow card at Referee demanding a WBA player booked
Sainz , already on a yellow gets shown a second yellow and sent off
*******
I really like that
Who says referees have no sense of humour?

The camerawork for Robins TV is terrible.

Poor touch allows them to break on us....needless pressure...
Need to cut that out

TGH a little lucky not to get a yellow
Not really....he didn't touch the player. The foul immediately prior from them should have been a yellow.

This is heartbreaking, made worse but its proximity to christmas. Thank you for your public service and my deepest condolences go to the family.
Is there a funding page?

For me it's between Vyner and Sykes for player of the season.

In short, turned up, disrespected us, conceded and early pen....we go one up...Great goal from thier No.44....we equalise through congestion / keeper error.....we score again...cos thier replacement keeper was dross.....
They were better on the ball (in part as they moved when off the ball) but we weren't exactly out of it....
We may have nicked it....don't turn up here expecting us to roll over and have our belly tickled.....pr1ck.
Rant over.

It just goes to show you how important Marlon Pack was to our transition from midfield to attack in that season - involved in both goals - pass through to Bryan was sublime.

I was thinking that they looked better all over the park than we did yesterday.
Agree with this. We looked second best all over the place. But the data that matters is the scoreline.
Will be a hard evening against 'Ull.....who always bring a good following....

Genuinely can’t work the bloke out.
Absolutely outstanding first half, really unlucky with the shot that hit the post & was causing them no end of problems. 8/10.
Second half a total passenger, one totally brainless bit of play in our box could have cost a goal, didn’t track his man at all, left Pring with far too much to do too often. Passes were hospital ones or too short. 3/10.
Weimann comes on, tracks his man, wins a decent number of challenges, closes down like his life depends on it, absolutely brilliant through ball to Cornick & loads of excellent team play.
Mehmeti cannot play for half a game, he needs to concentrate when we don’t have the ball or are under the cosh.
Needs to go on loan.

Not entirely happy with us playing about with it in such close proximity of Brum players....
Pring unlucky not to get there first....
