10,307 attendance at Stockport . Bit of perspective for the deluded few.

Great attendance by Stockport and it will hopefully be nice to see them on their way back into the football league.

We had almost 14,100 today but Port Vale didn't sell 500 of their allocation

I turned down the offer of a ticket because I thought a genuine Swindon fan should take it rather than a day tripper.
good luck tomorrow and next week

Nice to hear there are genuine people still around. We can't match your numbers but we've certainly got a fanbase that's growing quickly. Tomorrow's attendance should be around 14,700 if Port Vale sold their allocation. Last week we had 3,600 at Wallsall and asked for more tickets but they refused.

Jeeez, some belters on that thread.

We are aiming for play offs in league1

Already better than most teams in league 1

Top 10 budget in league 1.

we will not be in a relegation fight.

just cricked my neck as I thought a gas hole was coming for me

I hope we can join them next season!

Is there any reason you still force away fans to sit on seats that are wet because you won't build a roof?

Keep up we have planning permission for a roof to commence the end of next season. Let's not not forget you're given 1200 seats in the Arkells to keep you out of the elements. What did you give us 700 in total and you still never sold out?

    40 mins, stop the clock.

Players would soon stop all this messing about if they realised it made no difference.

What happened after real scored in injury time was beyond a joke. Taking momentum out of a game has always been more or less tolerated, but its gone too far now, games at elite level literally die.

    As an aside....

    Now that's another level

Shithousery at its best? Love to see a counting down clock on display like Rugby which stops when the ball is out of play. This would also stop time wasting when substitutes are made.

I would point out btw, Rovers didn't just get promoted because of the win yesterday. They have been absolutely outstanding this year, quite possibly the best footballing Rovers team I have seen in my 49 seasons of watching. We are light years behind City in terms of infrastructure and probably a good distance behind you on the pitch-,although I seriously would give the team yesterday a good chance of beating anyone in a one off.

There was no conspiracy or untowardness yesterday, just a very good team getting a fully deserved promotion. Sometimes you just have to say 'fair play', although I get that many would just want to think it rather than say it out loud!

I haven't queried the integrity of Bristol Rovers FC even though I hate your manager and yes you went on a fantastic run to put yourself in a position to gain promotion on the last day of the season depending on other results.

  7. I openly gave them credit yesterday as others have said you can only beat what is in front of you. I do question from a Northampton perspective whether Bristol Rovers were given an adavantage with the young inexperienced team Scunthorpe put out plus finishing their game several minutes after the final whistle at Barrow.

Congrats on having a higher avg than us for only the second time since we’ve been back in the league? Where were your loyal when we were getting 9k in league 1 in 16/17 and 17/18 and you avgd 7k and 6.3k?

You think Swindon's ground capacity being larger than Rovers is about Northampton and the integrity of the game?

The relevance is we will still be a bigger club than you have more history

I'm not usually a conspiracy theorist and to be honest I don't really care about Rovers going up, I have a few sound sag mates, but it really is looking dodgier by the minute.

What is it, 3 players over the age of 20 in that lineup? And a very convenient deal done in January?

I hope this gets picked up a bit in the media but I doubt anything will come of it, it's not high profile enough, but I'd be fuming if I were a Northampton fan.
