Wow, can you remember the 70's, I struggle

For what it's worth, IMO the financial support has been excellent and saved City embarrassment on several occasions, but I do wish they would take the back seat & leave it to the experts e.g., Gould, Alexander, Nige etc, etc. For the first time I can remember in my 65+yrs as a supporter we were on the right track, then possibly their faults were pointed out to them and the reaction was to sack someone who had got us through something which would have been beyond many. I now feel their time is up as new responsible ownership that know something about the game is required .

I had a dream last night that SL sold up & the new owners re-instated Nige to finish the job he had started, but with money to spend. As I said, right or wrong it was only a dream .

What's the old saying?, "You Can Run but You Can't Hide", I think BT has had quite a comfy job so far with BCFC & it's now time to stand up & be counted, not say stuff that the SL & JL would like you to say. To say "See You When We're in The PL" is just a cop out. Stand up & be a man BT.

In all my years (76 of them & 65+ as a city fan) I don't think I've seen anything as ridiculous being suggested, Scotty is BCFC through & through & the owners could take what Scotty does as an example of how to live life. Absolute bull5hit

It's his health issues that are the reason I opened the post, it would appear that there is no further news.

I really hope there is a solution for his back problems, will he take another job? only Nige knows that one, I think he'll be in demand

Hi All, does anyone have any news re Nige & his back issues. The last I heard he was in hospital for assessment, being a long-time back pain sufferer & having multiple surgeries I'm very interested to hear how he's going.

What a sad sad story & very painful to read, football rivalry means nothing when people are going through this sort of pain. Good luck to the guy, he deserves it .

It would appear from that news that SL has broken into his nest egg to pay off possibly the best manager & staff we've had at the club. Such a pity he couldn't have backed Nige with that money
