I don’t think Curtis would want it. Also think that if there was a chance that he did/was going to get the job then JE and DR would have stayed for now…..the fact they have gone, suggests to me that they have someone lined up to come in, with their own team

Agreed - always going to be tough with so many players out and for a number in the team, playing out of position - thought Sykes for one, comes out of yesterday with huge credit… Just hope we get a few back over the next week or so (as Nige suggested would be the case) so that we can get back to winning ways. The next two games before the International break feel huge now, for a number of reasons… COYRs

I’d go with this team with the exception of Conway…..think he needs a rest. Play Cornick down the middle (his best position) and give Mehmeti a chance down the left with Andi on the right. Think we need Pring and Sykes as they are, given that they have Meite and he’ll exploit any inexperience.

Coventry not pulling up trees after all their investment in the summer either! SL probably hoping that Mr Robins gets the boot there so that he can then finally get “his man”……..can so see this happening. Yep, King went off with hamstring injury - having a scan per Nige’s presser earlier……we are gonna need Roberts at LB on Sat, just to put together a half-decent back four ….. could be a really challenging afternoon on Sat

Agreed - can see a change being made during next International break in a couple of weeks unless we are on such a great run of results that SL couldn’t possibly “get rid”…..then again, this is SL we are talking about….. I get he’s done a lot for the club but…..this for me would be his worst ever decision yet!! And that is saying something!!!!

SL will probably appoint Nathan Jones, given how he thinks we should replicate Luton! This is the best supported (from the fans) manager we’ve had in a long time and sadly, I see SL making the biggest “schoolboy” error of all time…..

This doesn’t bode well……getting rid of Nige would be the most SL thing ever!!! Sort it out Steve ……. It’s almost as if you want us to go on a losing streak so that you’ve got an excuse/reason to get rid of Nige…
