I'd certainly be interested to see the pundits ref a few matches without all the replays and without VAR too. They could then share both their experiences and their excuses.
Perhaps they could also do a stint in the VAR box aswell and share their reasons for their decisions?
I've always tried to compare my parents' music to mine and like you I can't get over the changes that must have evolved in the 50s/60s. My kids' music tastes have become quite eclectic and they range from ours in the 60s/70s to present day. I could never have included my parents' choices from 30s/40s/50s! Joe Loss and Victor Sylvestor were never my thing! ?
I noticed this and it was all the more disappointing knowing how he usually plays so yes it was worth a criticism. It reminded me of seasons not so long ago when 50/50 balls were deemed a lost cause by the players.
I'm still mad from they linked up with Sky to cover the PL in competition with ITV. All they have got from that deal is to show the highlights! Almost certainly transmission rights were easier pre 1992!
I'd prefer it if Sky didn't pick 10 teams that they were then going to cover 75 % of their games. Forest will be a big embarrassment for them if they get relegated.
I'd also like the BBC as our national broadcaster to go back to covering every team in the Premier and English football league during the season and get their heads out of the PL backsides!
