We look great going foward at times but equally lack a cutting edge when on top. Defensively we are a shambles we keep conceding poor goals through unforced errors. Pearson has got the wage bill down and players out, but seems to be sticking with a system that isn't working. Time will tell if he is the right man but it is looking very deja vu to last season.
