The one disappointing element of Pearson's time with us is he inability to sure up our defence. He is an ex defender so that is really poor. OK he has average players to deal with but a quality manager would concentrate on that aspect of the team and coach those average players better. Plus he has signed a few players. At the moment, I'd rather we scored less but stopped ****ing conceding so many!

I guarantee that 99.9% of Welshmen (and Scots and Irish) want England to lose at everything...so I hope they get stuffed tonight please.

Not just injury time goals going in but also to many being conceded throughout the games. Our defence coaches are clearly not good enough.

If that's the level we aspire to then so be it.....that's why we won't progress in this division. Kalas is the same...good enough for us but not a good player.

Pearson has failed massively in one vital area...not improving our defence. Most managers would have targeted that as their first priority. As an ex defender he should hang his head in shame at this. Ps he has brought in 5 players so the argument that he is stuck with dross doesn't really stick.

Weimann in on course for 20 plus goals this season and he is only 30.....there is silly money paid for decent goal scorers at this level.

I can't remember the last time we had so much value in the team. With Semenyo, Scott, Massengo, Weimann and Williams surely worth at least £10 -£20 million each, it's a great position to be in. Just hope we can keep hold of them and they help us get to the promised land ?
