We need a 4th here
Blimey, it used to take us a month to have 4 shots on target!

Unlucky Annis.
Here comes Jamo, cool head.
Well played TGH.

We're starting to look like a decent side ( there I've said it, cue 3 quick Watford goals).

I'll take a point!

I do recognise him from his picture and 31 is no age to leave us at any time but even moreso at this time of year, so, so sad.
R.I.P Chris, condolences to family and friends.

Now the Saturday matches that affect us are done, I would like to wish all my fellow reds, as well as our regular visitors, wherever in the world you may be, a very Merry Xmas and a hugely successful and healthy 2024.
See ya on the other side peeps!

Looks like the highlight of their day will be bumping into Swindon fans on their way home from Tranmere.
They can have a mutual wound licking contest and agree with each other how they're both bigger and better than us!

Its all down to that *** ashton.
People perhaps forget or dont know that top flight Ipswich came down to AG to play a fundraiser when we were in deep financial shit
Personally always liked Ipswich.
Totally agree. I've a lot of time for Ipswich but the slippery car salesman, I can't stand him!

Yeah, 'hate' only insofar as annoyed the hell out of me last night. Would like his good qualities in the team but his 'housery.
Totally understood and in total agreement pj76, shithouse but a rather good shithouse!

Just a thread to give credit to the staff and everyone responsible for running the Heineken hospitality lounge.
We had a group of 10 of us in there, some of them for the first time, last night. From our arrival the welcome was warm and genuine. The food, a buffet style beef curry or chicken and chips followed by Christmas pudding, was really good.
Paul Cheesley is the host, he had a chat with Rob Newman and Kai Naismith. Then a few of our old legends including Tom Ritchie, Geoff Merrick and Trevor Tainton mingled with fans for a chat and selfies.
Good seats for the game right outside of the balcony. Back inside for a pie at half time and then obviously the result made the night complete.
Price last night was £81 including a 10% season ticket discount.
If you have a group of friends or family, or even a couple of you on a shared table, planning a bit of a treat, I would highly recommend it.
Well done all.
I totally agree. I was in there for the Sunderland game and it was absolutely rammed but the staff were superb.

Hate him with a passion. Would love to have him in the team.
'Hate' isn't what I would say, 'annoying bastard' would be my choice of description but, apart from that, I totally agree with your post.
Good player.

I take happiness not just from the win but definite signs of improvement and the growing confidence in the side.
Credit to LM for the subs, totally changed the game.
A good night, well done City.

They're bang in form so (as pre Sunderland), I'll take a point.
You never know, it might work.

Good to hear Tom Lockyer is out of hospital.

That's a choker, kids always get to me. It's why I don't go to Great Ormond St in my job.
Very nice touch City, well done.
Some things are far more important than football.

Met 3 of them in the Heineken lounge on Saturday, total gentlemen as well as being my youthful heroes. Met Gibbo as well.

A sizable back 5 too, I think McCrorie is 6-3? With the two Robs and Zak, I think Cam would be the smallest at 6-1.
Finally, a City defence that take no shit! Be great to see us bully a side.

No rivalries at all where health is concerned.
Good luck to Tom and I wish him a full recovery and good health going forwards.

This guy is an utter helmet
Harsh! Yes he comes across a tad OTT on the radio but I've done a fair few away games over the years with Tony, @BS3_RED and @Keepers Ball and he's a decent fella, red and white through and through.

The Lansdowns won't take any blame and have lined Tinnion up beautifully to take the brunt of fan's ire.

I'm in the Heineken with the suits on Saturday, should be an interesting time if it goes pear shaped v Sunderland.
COYR, well the team and coaches anyway. This isn't LM's fault tbh, what happened before he arrived was awfully handled but not down to LM.
