  1. Nobody is going to miss 50p whereas £50 would be a nice bonus, that's why I do accumulators for a couple of quid you know there is little chance of them coming up but you never know.
  2. The point I'm making is that almost every kind of weather is now blamed on "climate change" the people that go on about it are in a position where they are always right they seem to want it both ways hotter colder wetter drier it's climate change, where as you point out it's weather and especially in this country it has been unpredictable since time began, we have been tropical covered in ice you name it at any one time, the hardest job in the world must be trying to predict what the weather will be like here more than 3 days in advance.
  3. It's called climate change now so they get a double sided coin to play with, it's really cold Oh! that's climate change, it's really hot Oh! that's climate change they can't lose.
  4. I must admit if I hadn't heard about a storm coming yesterday I would have never have known there was one it was no more than a breezy day here in pill there has been some damage in some other places of the country but I think they over hyped it a bit calling it the storm of the century etc, tomorrow looks ok supposed to be better than today if anything doubt it will be called off games have been played in the past in much worse conditions.
  5. A case of, so you think I'm stupid, well here's an extra thirty seconds on top for your cheek.
  6. We have conceded more goals after 90 mins than any other team in the Championship, 8 at the last count.
  7. Are we really going to say that the 1 million plus majority that voted for Brexit that their opinion is not equally as valid as yours?
  8. Very fair summing up, it's not the results so much as the way we keep losing in the way we do that hurts so much.
  9. The sun will come out tomorrow, it must be great living in the land of perpetual optimism. I have been supporting city since the mid 60s and have lived through more false dawns than you have had hot dinners, your optimism is commendable but after 55 years let's see if you are still sunny side up. I know he inherited a lot of problems it's the fact we didn't win at home for a record number of times coupled with conceding 2 or more goals for the most times for over 60 years both under NP that worries me.
  10. I was rather hoping to see some improvement towards the end of this season, now and again I think I can then performances like Blackpool and today come along and bring me back down to earth with a bang, next season? let's see, I wish I was as optimistic as you.
  11. And why would that be? the results and most of the performances would not be worse if you were in charge.
  12. A decent job Oh! come on the players are not that bad, I see a team that looks like they haven't got a clue and can't string 3 passes together the buck stops with who picks them and more importantly motivates and coaches them that was Nigel Pearson the last time I looked.
  13. Did you actually read the bit where I said I had no idea? I just don't think I could do any worse so maybe me then.
  14. I'm sorry but Nigel Pearson is not the manager we need at this moment, I have no idea who is but it's time we admitted his appointment has been a mistake (and you can moan at me all you like).
  15. It's ridiculous how blinkered they, are, and our goal according to them was a rare excursion into their half, well they must be watching a different game to me then.
  16. Good stream but went for me just as we were going to score got it back now though.
  17. Just the sort of game knowing us we would finally turn up, who would ever have thought Boreham Wood would have beaten Bournemouth, it's why we all love football for the odd result that comes straight out of leftfield.
  18. I would be surprised if of the 50% that caught covid a higher proportion of them would be unvaccinated, surely any reduction in the likelihood of transmission or infection plus the known benefit of avoiding the worst of the symptoms would be reason enough to get vaccinated.
