The only figures that matter are the end of season average for the whole campaign. To the best of my knowledge they haven’t bettered our away support figures this century and certainly not since 2012.
There is no challenge, Gasheads saying they have better away support than us are talking bollocks and the statistics prove this.
They will take over 2000 next week but then they’ve only visited St Andrew’s twice in the last 25 years. Like their trips in the cup to places like Molineux the novelty factor will bump up there attendance for this game. Then it’ll be back to the usual 400-500 for the trips to grounds they visit every season.
I doubt they will.
They might had it been a cup game against Brum, as that would be a big day out for them. But it's only a league game against Cov so nothing special.

I still think the Cabbage Patch is more suitable.

Could the delay be down to the fact that like other less savoury products sold by the club the shirt was already past it's sell by date!

Perhaps the away kit will be in homage to their other snack bar favourite and will be a flat orangey colour like their version of fanta

They don’t have a goalkeeper on the books yet
to be honest, the way my day is going I wouldn't be surprised to find out they have signed Stefan Marinovic and immediately sold him for millions

Got a feeling they're going to do alright this season, getting their signings in early, worked well for us the season we went up.
Early signings yes, but they are only replacements for what has already departed.
Filling gaps in their squad, not adding to it.

Imagine how they feel about Posh spending that kind of money. Almost 4 times their record buy maybe. Must be galling for such a big club and its huge fan base.
and the unique kit, don't forget the unique kit

I seem to recall Radio Bristol adding fuel to the 'massive support' BS the best part of 30 years ago - Colin Howlett would report live from whichever ground they were at that weekend and tell everyone there were thousands of Rovers fans on the away terrace, yet when you watched the highlights on HTV News on the Monday evening there were about three people in it.
'large contingent' is how he always described it

I believe so, it used to have a hospital

The most laughable part is they think their reject will get games in a mid/lower table Championship side, they have no idea of the quality these days. Their 3 star players can barely get a game, Taylor being the only one that was even making the subs bench half of the time.
I don't think it would be a huge surprise if he ended up at one of the three teams promoted from L1, as one of those 'extra clubs in the bag' type of squad player.

Spoken to many opposing fans over the last couple of seasons and all are highly impressed with the stadium, many opposition players and management also very complimentary including Boothroyd last night, there seems to be no end to their jealousy and bitterness, in regards to his Polish friend, lies
I think the fact it started with 'my polish mate' should have been enough to convince us this was all made up....... as if they'd have proper mates

Ah, the old USP delusion, we haven't had that one for a while.
What are they?
They're crap, play in a crap ground, unique kit (apart from Wycombe and Sabadell who also wear stupid quarters), old supporters, standing up (I'll give them that one even though it's not through choice), tents, falling support so there's plenty of room, minibus head butting, boob cricket, attacking players and their hospital transport, deluded fans, crap pasties, charging for water, Irene (stolen), gert pirate (St Pauli), international ownership, a manager who talks like Louis Walsh, hate them bloody 'teds, 'coming for you', erm, any more?
Don't forget horse punching
