Disappointed with performance and two old habits - poor after scoring and poor after 85. Thought our quality was below the mark for most of today. We got a point - that’s a nice positive. I think we aspire to be more impressively run than Coventry, what with their stadium and other off-field issues (doing well on it mind!). It's the silence that's annoying me regarding the away kit at this point. If the club just put out a statement to say 'we'll be releasing the away kit in September due to a delay and utilising the home and third shirt until then', that'd be absolutely fine. But the head-in-the-sand attitude to the kit issues is grating!

I wouldn’t be amazed if Cornick or Mehmeti got the nod to start to be honest. More Cornick than Mehmeti actually - I think Bell starts. But it’s a good discussion to be having - competition for places and all that!

And with that, pre-season is done and dusted (barring an away kit I’m convinced the club are too scared to release!). Assuming no new injuries or returns, we should have all available to start against PNE barring: Injured: McCrorie Atkinson Naismith Benarous I think the keeper and back 4 picks itself, and the midfield may well be Scott, James, Knight.
