I think we aspire to be more impressively run than Coventry, what with their stadium and other off-field issues (doing well on it mind!). It's the silence that's annoying me regarding the away kit at this point. If the club just put out a statement to say 'we'll be releasing the away kit in September due to a delay and utilising the home and third shirt until then', that'd be absolutely fine. But the head-in-the-sand attitude to the kit issues is grating!

I wouldn’t be amazed if Cornick or Mehmeti got the nod to start to be honest. More Cornick than Mehmeti actually - I think Bell starts. But it’s a good discussion to be having - competition for places and all that!

I thought Bristol sport made some nice enough stuff. My away kit from 19-20 is still in good nick now, 4 years on. I'm going to buy one of the kits this year as is my own little tradition, I'm still holding out hope the quality isn't quite as wanting as others suggest. The design for the home kit is actually quite nice, but granted, if it falls to pieces after two washes that won't really matter.

Understand that and it would be very sensible to do exactly that (not take any risks on players with ‘niggles’). But a brief mention in a post match interview or a tweet of ‘Kal misses out tonight with a mild strain’ surely wouldn’t hurt. They’ve just stopped mentioning Naismith and McCrorie altogether. Any info I’ve been able to unearth has come from the Post up to now.

Austria cost us Naismith, the first pre-season fixtures cost us McCrorie and the fixtures after that seem to have cost us Weimann. And we still have two matches to play. Frustrating! Also frustrating is (to my knowledge) no comment from the club regarding any of the above. But City’s inability to talk to us of late is for another thread!
