  1. Grandads Team - One City, one Rovers. Dads team - Bristol City. Funnily enough, his Dad was the Gashead! But my Dad ended up going to City with his mates so his allegiance was set then. Mums team - She'd probably say City. Has a thing for Kevin De Bruyne though. Local team - City, in terms of a football league club. Your team - City. Never pushed into it by my Dad but caught the bug still. Wouldn't change it.
  2. All losing their heads. Can’t see them ending with 10 here.
  3. Too late to edit my previous post but in the name of thoroughness, Timm Klose picked up a knock also today. So with contracts on the table for Cundy and Klose, both are now injured. Typical ?
  4. Scumthorpe sold Rovers a striker in January… with a big promotion bonus clause. Interesting ?
  5. Yea but I don’t like them so I insult their achievements.
  6. Scraped third in League 2. Big season that to be fair.
  7. Barton’s probably got his wife hostage to be fair.
  8. Mon then Northampton. Resign those ******* to the play offs.
  9. Final update from a season I would call successful. Safe at a canter in the end. Some torrid lows, absolutely, but some really great highs too. And our surprisingly ferocious attack! But it wouldn’t be a match day without some new injuries to mention! Kalas - can’t be far off. I’m sure he’ll be fine for next season, be that here or elsewhere! Cundy - looked like he felt his hammy tighten up. Nothing too serious I’d imagine. Baker - probably a medical retirement I’d imagine. All the best Bakes. Williams - precautionary rest with a tight achilles. Shouldn’t be an issue by our next match day! Benarous - ACL done in training. Bit of a sickener this one. He’ll be back stronger. Palmer - I’ve no idea. Probably off anyway. O’Dowda - Ditto Palmer.
  10. Take your time and recover Ayman. Lots of the senior lads in the squad can help him through having experienced similar. He’ll come back strong.
  11. Was about to post the same. Still don’t rate Kent though. Reckon he’ll come to the prem and flop.
  12. Ah that makes a lot more sense! I was on ‘Maine Road’ something or other. Still better than GasChat.
  13. Couldn’t resist a look at a Man City forum and their MATCH THREAD for a SEMI FINAL in the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE had… 12 pages. We do 12 pages on bloody cheese puns!
  14. Have to assume I dreamed the last 10 minutes? Something about the bloody Champions League. Bonkers and brilliant.
  15. Shame, he’s one I ‘had a feeling’ about whatever that’s worth. I liked how he bullied his way to a goal Vs Brentford was it? But as mentioned he’s pulled up no trees in Ireland. Wonder where he’ll end up.
  16. Well Saturday was a bit good wasn’t it. Weimann’s second is right up there… one of my best live City goals. Maybe the best. If we can keep WSM together, maybe next season could be a bit exciting?… Kalas Baker Towler Tanner Palmer O’Dowda One to go. Of the players stricken, I only really think Kalas, Towler and Tanner have futures here. I’d be surprised if we saw any of the others again. It’d be nice to see Tanner or Kalas next week but I’d imagine it’ll be next season now. COYR.
  17. Can’t see anything but a Chelsea win here. Nerves in Goodison will be palpable. Something tells me we’ll be experiencing a Goodison atmosphere for ourselves next season!

Yea totally ruined the ending, what a shame. Took all the emphasis off the players.
  19. Love to hear it. The Guernsey Grealish loves the cider army!
  20. Is there a hard and fast rule on when the EFL can dish out points deductions? Or can they strike whenever they feel like it? I’d imagine whether we face one or not depends on this summer window, so will we not know until early September when the widow closes? Any help appreciated!
  21. I’d still go to home games but as someone who can’t afford too many away days, it’d be lovely to be able to watch them all on Robins TV. I hate missing matches.
  22. A victory by 2 clear goals and a bloody enjoyable day. Well done to the team and Nige. Weimann is something else. Kalas Baker Towler Tanner Dasilva Scott Palmer O’Dowda A broken nose for young Alex, so no long term ramifications but he’ll be sore for a while! I don’t think anyone would be too gutted to see him rested for the remainder of this season, he’s played a mammoth amount for a lad his age. Pretty confident Tanner, Dasilva or O’Dowda (or a combo) will reappear for Hull next Saturday. COYR.
  23. His debut no? Congrats Duncan, looking forward to many more ??️
  24. Amazing season. What a player. Forza Andi ******* Weimann. ?️
