  1. Obviously this is going to be rough but Fulham can do this. There’s far more important games than this one around the corner.
  2. Well we’re defending so well without him… not sure what we’re missing but he seems better than what we are being served!
  3. His legacy won’t go anywhere for a long while yet. Very few managers win a trophy with us, much less 2, much less 2 in one season!
  4. I really like Pring at LCB, appreciate he’s very minimal exposure to the role though. I’d also like to see Bentley brought in from the cold, appreciate Max kicks well but we’ll need our best stopper against Fulham’s attack.
  5. Rapid brace for Aboubacar and Cameroon look home and dry. Some wastefulness from Ethiopia in the first half but they’ve given a good account of themselves.
  6. All bar two of the Ethiopia squad play for Ethiopian sides, no big names at all. Fair play to them for getting qualified and very much giving Cameroon a game thus far.
  7. I don’t usually bother with AFCON but as I’m now stuck in my COVID pit bedroom I’ll be tuning in. Cameroon Ethiopia exciting so far, if not the most technically brilliant game!
  8. Christ the EFL have no shame. How about watch the game back instead of sitting on your fat arses all day. Then see who you think is in the wrong.
  9. Have to say, really liked Atkinson today. Something about the way he plays makes me so much less nervy when we’re under pressure. Good 120 today. Even outmuscled a fresh Mitro 4 or 5 times.
  10. No new injuries that we KNOW of, but I don’t like the random absence of James today (or Bakinson for that matter). Scott and Atkinson both in the wars today but ok I think. So… Baker - still no idea. Cundy - played for U23’s. Tanner - 2 months plus, big shame. Williams - training. James and Bakinson - rested we hope. Good performance today, just wasteful. COYR.
  11. Been looking really good this season, epitomised by the second half against Millwall where he was rock solid in the back 3. Great news
  12. I don’t think we’re on any main channels, will Robins TV be showing this one? Can they with FA Cup fixtures? I know they could during lockdowns but not sure that’s still the case.
  13. Out of reactions but good post. Some positive stats as you say, not groundbreaking but improvement is improvement, and at times it’s very visible on the pitch. Hopefully a steady coast to safety now. COYR
  14. Ok that’s plenty Derby! Don’t want them winning again! A draw I can cope with.
  15. Derby now bringing on Festy Ebosele after he gave us all grey hairs at the Gate. Interesting to see if he looks bright again today.
  16. All the love Benik! Always welcome here.
  17. I’m not sure why I do these game by game updates, but it’s been a few months now and no one has told me to piss off so I’ll continue. Baker Cundy - should be fit now? Williams Tanner So four players. Aka a perfectly standard injury list. A world better than the nonsense of last season (Nige’s boys doing well). Fulham in the cup next weekend, so a good chance to wrap some key players in cotton wool til we resume league action (James? Weimann? We shall see). Great result today. COYR.
  18. On the cusp of getting a Weimann tattoo. We have no prolific goal scorers so Weimann has said f it, I’ll do it. Joint career high tally of 12 goals this season, he’ll break that before the end of this month. A tricky season where Nige has had to take 1/3rd off the wage budget and is set to remove more (fabulous job our gaffer is doing by the way, in Nige we trust), Weimann is a HUMONGOUS part of the reason we are 11 points clear of the drop and in 14th. I can’t put into words in any kind of succinct way the gratefulness I have for our Austrian king. Forza Andi Weimann, ******* dynamite.
  19. Does anyone know if we have reported him/requested an investigation? Even the most passive and neutral observer last night would have been hard pressed not to notice his bias. To find out this is his 3rd occurrence with us is shocking.
  20. Muppet commentator, muppet ref, muppet Charlie Austin. A triumvirate of absolute waffles. I hope they all put petrol in their diesel cars this weekend.
  21. Short and sweet as I need to go and scream into my pillow and then dream of head butting that muppet referee. Baker Cundy Williams King - one match ban. Tanner and Semenyo both off injured today, Tanner’s looking worse as it was so innocuous. Fingers crossed we see both on Sunday, or Semenyo at the least.
  22. If he never officiates again, it’ll be too soon. Muppet of the highest magnitude.
