Good to see the other Everton fans diffuse the situation
Medal for the guy with a kid on his shoulders calming it down.

Not so much “argy bargy” more like an attempt by Clarke to throw a punch followed by moving his head towards him, a clear red card.
I know he’s had some off field problems but no excuses for that, he’s a nasty piece of work.
Yep, seen the replay a couple of times since. It's a clear red, he totally lost it for no reason really.

DC sent to the stands in extra time
He tried to slow down his own ball boy from giving the ball back quickly, bit of argy bargy with a Swindon player, handbags everywhere, then he's off!

Hope the bloke gets everything coming to him, utter coward.

Good effort since 2 down. Got to keep going.

And thats another soft one. Terrible start.

Unmarked. Thats a poor one to concede.

He felt there were 14 that should have been moved on but it was hard as Bristol City was as good as it was ever going to get for those players and they were all well paid
He certainly hit the nail on the head there.

Why are Chelsea wearing yellow? Would have thought they would stick to blue for this one.
Just now, TonyTonyTony said:Yeah I just turned it on and wondered this
Think they said it was Tuchel's decision as he'd had success with Dortmund playing in all yellow in a cup final.

Forest might end up regretting that half. Got to take some of those chances.

To be fair I don’t really listen to Bristol Post when it comes to ‘transfer talk’. Won’t get excited just yet…
Likewise, just putting it out there.
One of the best players in L2, good age, an area we need to strengthen, local and on a free. No brainer.
Watch him go elsewhere!

We are in talks with him according to this.

Some well known names there. Some of the others must be gone or merged by now.

Also about good partnerships between RB and RW/RM in a 4-4 or 4-3. For example, him and Tanner could compliment each other well iin NP's estimation.

Guessing Nige wants deals done early. Then providing we get any offers we can't refuse for the likes of Semenyo, Scott or Massengo then we will have money available to replace them with quality additions.
I think that is the strategy.
Would not be surprised to see Massengo gone before the end of the month, then a good few weeks to reinvest.
Get the free deals done as soon possible, with potential purchases lined up when/if we sell one of those 3.

Getting business done early is always a bonus.

Yes. I assume its a neutral venue or do Sheffield United really play in York.
Apparently...
The match will be played in York due to Sheffield United first team reaching the EFL play-offs, as well as the need for renovating the Bramall Lane pitch ahead of the Women's European Championships at the start of July.

Yep, here’s the story:
I don’t see this going anywhere and, dispassionately, neither should it. Big fine should be incoming for the invasion including the length of it, and that police had to get involved, but aspects such as if the game should have been abandoned or the integrity of scunnies side are probably off the table.
"...named seven teenagers in their starting lineup and four players from their Under-18s side, including 17-year-old first-year scholar goalkeeper Owen Foster. Scunthorpe were relegated last month and finished the season with four wins, one of which was away from home.
Scunthorpe made three changes from their previous game against Hartlepool, with second-year scholar Oliver Lobley, whose own goal gave Rovers the lead at the Memorial Stadium, making his league debut. As at home to Hartlepool, Liam Feeney, 36, and Anthony Grant, 34, started on the substitutes’ bench. The average age of the starting lineup was 20."
Yeh nothing will come from it bar the pitch invasion. Still, quite incredible that you need to score a shedload on the last day of the season and your opponent lines up like that. I can't imagine they would of achived it against pretty much any other team in the league on that day. Northampton can feel rightly annoyed by it but nothing shady has gone on there, Scunny followed the rules.

Had a listen myself. Likewise, good fit i think. He knows what he's doing. Another club that looks relatively good on a CV and a chance of European football, which i think is the big draw for him.
He definitely practices amd preaches the 'modern football manager'. Comes across a bit too textbook still. Hoping the Hibs fans arousal levels are within the threshold for the coming season!
