I've said that for years! Crap referees in the Premiership get relegated to the EFL! Why??? If they are a crap referee why should we have to suffer them? If they are that crap, suspend them 'till they can show they are worth being a professional referee!

Agree with all of these. My early years supporting City - Gibson: Ford, Briggs; Parr, Connor, Low,...... A friend and former team mate of Denis Law. In fact, Denis Law was best man at his wedding. They had both been born in Aberdeen and both played for Huddersfield. RIP Gordon.

I remember 2 or 3 times, when he had dislocated his shoulder or finger making a save or in a goalmouth melee, receiving treatment in the goalmouth where one or two players held him down whilst Les Bardsley relocated the joint, before Gibbo got back up to face the corner or whatever. Unbelievable 'keeper! Those were the days!
