KP is good, just needs an actual run in the team
Defo needs an actual run in A team - I just hope it's QPR's to be honest.

I assume Andy King forgot to mention this episode of chicken rage in his apology

He should have been yelling at Pring for the stupid foul leading to the penalty award rather than the ref who was never going to change his mind and was just gagging to get a card out. I think King was just venting the frustration we all felt in that exact moment.
Live and learn, onwards and upwards

We were undone by a terrible ref. Thought we played pretty well. No way we go down. Feeling optimistic.
Totally agree, ref was a real shocker, like to add though that I know he's a youngster, but I do wish Pring would play more with his head than heart at times, total brain fart putting that challenge in for the penalty and a few other wild slashes at the ball at times. Composure will come with more experience I'm sure.
Overall though that performance was much improved I thought.

Have we ever played like this in the last 20-30 years let’s be honest
First half of the 17/18 season, up to the Wolves defeat, I really thought we we're getting there then.

Good end to end game but guttingly it shows me City are a million miles away from these kind of performances at the moment.

Blackpool Saturday 13th April 2002. IIRC we were 4-0 down after half and hour. Plenty of City fans abandoning the play off dream that day
Christ, I struggle to remember what happened last week let alone 19 years ago, fair play to you

We will be the same if we're 2 down on 20 mins on Saturday.
May be many pissed off at that point if it happened but I just don't see City fans abandoning the team after 20 minutes.

Two down at home and leaving after 20 minutes, total tossers

We played at home to Stoke a few seasons back, we lost 1-0 after conceding a goal in a terrible first half performance. Second half we knocked 7 shades of shite out of them, totally dominated them, but Jack Butland had one of those days where he saved everything, it was like he had 8 bloody arms. We just couldn't get the ball in the net.
What goes around, comes around, I reckon we were owed that win last night

Can't deny we look more solid as a team when he plays.

Sky bottled it and just gave it to the goalscorer.

For a young lad Benarous played very well and put a real shift in

Zidane is favourite I think. Can’t see that working out too well though
I know Leeds have done well with their guy but I think Zidane doesn't speak English, surely having to coach through a translator just adds yet another hassle.

I hope he's right, I've just put Son and Kane in my Fantasy Football team and Spurs haven't scored many goals so far

This is the page:

I notice it says the exemption will be temporary for residents - my brother lives in the zone and he isn't going to be able to afford to upgrade his vehicle for a long long while. Be interesting to see how long this 'temporary' exemption is set at.

Job for Lampard now then

Is it possible there was going to be an announcement but something went wrong regarding terms for instance?
Let's keep clutching that straw

So many out of work managers now, if we start our usual interview them all process then a new guy should be announced by Easter.

When I was younger following City through everything was a real passion - 40 years on, sad to say it's becoming just a habit.

I was chuffed to bits to get Pearson and fully accepted it was going to be a massive job to turn us around. I had very little expectations for this season.
That said I thought he would develop our current squad, we would be harder to beat and his tactical knowledge would be an asset.
I'm gutted to say I just don't think it's working out, early warning signs for me were the use of the subs, some of NP's sub decisions in a match have just beggared belief to me. I wasn't expecting flowing football but the current standard is appalling. For the first time I feel we are actually getting worse not better.
Other clubs have been quick to pick up that their managerial appointment has not worked out and have made the change. I reluctantly feel we have reached this point. With Farke and Warnock freshly available, however realistic or unrealistic they may be, I think we should try and get one of them in to give us new impetus.

Perhaps they're taking Warnock on

This is turning into such a weird situation, maybe we need a weird manager.
