  1. Nah I’m not taking it back . Even opposition fans that come on here say the same , for example that Leeds fan on here said the same a few weeks ago . Whenever we are in a bad state our fans just bend over and take it unlike other clubs who’s fans are a lot more vocal and ambitious.
  2. Very true cm we was short but a striker to complement Bobby would of helped massively. When fam came back from injury and played with him we stopped playing quick nice football and we back to a boring just hoof it style of play .
  3. No you melt I’m just saying lansdown talks a good game but doesn’t actually make any moves ( other than appointing Pearson) why do some of you think the lansdowns are the only thing keeping the club at this level when like I said above loads of clubs the same size and smaller than us have overtaken us . Brentford literally got promoted whilst playing in a shed , lansdown can spend all he wants on infrastructure but reality is it’s the squad that needs money and he let Johnson blow our only decent opportunity. The cup run season we were second on Boxing Day all we needed was a clinical striker at this level but sl wouldn’t let Johnson loan the likes of Gayle and gray instead he let him cherry pick some donkey from France . you’re deluded if you think we’ll get promoted under sl his ego gets in the way to much
  4. Part of the problem, our fans just accept unlike other fan bases who push for their club to actually try and achieve something
  5. Yeh I understand and agree with what your saying but the truth is half of those clubs you mention will have got promoted back to the champ and challenging for the prem before we ever will whilst the lansdowns are here . His ego gets in the way of common sense .
  6. Yep and every club of a similar size and even a few smaller have passed us and got the the promised land . Lansdown talks constantly about the goal being prem football while other clubs just do it .
  7. Thanks for posting the whole thing jesus 26 years at the club and he still hasn’t learned and got it right
  8. We are a club with unlimited potential tbh. Huge catchment area without a prem team in anywhere near close proximity.
  9. I probably missed you speaking about this before but do you have any ideas on potential buyers? .
  10. I’m not a fan of lansdown but Jordan had had previous with lansdown so is gonna try and slag him off as much as possible. I’m referring to Jordan throwing a cup of coffee at lansdown in the past .
  11. I’ll have to give it a try next season if they don’t go up
  12. Definitely Birmingham’s got probably more Indian takeouts and restaurants than anywhere else in the uk
  13. Yeh sorry wasn’t trying to put a downer on us i just always find it weird how we only travel well to certain grounds no matter the distance. For example we always sell out West Brom no matter how we’re doing but we struggle to take 1000 to St. Andrews and barely take any fans to wolves . It’s the same with us selling out Fulham but we struggle to take many to millwall, Watford and I don’t even think we sold out qpr either .
  14. Annoying thing is if we had a few seasons in the prem our away support would definitely grow and not be as little as 400 up north. For us to be a team who get 20,000 plus (pre covid anyway) our away support can be pretty embarrassing at times .
  15. Whilst I agree with everything you said can we stop saying singing section . Those two words pretty much sum up how shite the atmosphere is and makes Ashton gate sound like an mls stadium
  16. The thing is when our fans were in the atyeo it was only a little section of it and not the whole end . Majority of clubs give home fans a end behind the goal to stand but it seems wherever our fans want to stand at Ashton gate they are only given a poxy little section to do it in .
  17. Leeds are very overhyped, last 20 years anyway
  18. Tbh I never noticed that before but thinking about it I completely agree. Reading away this season everyone was pretty much stood up singing but our derby away at Cardiff on the weekend there was loads sat down .
  19. I don’t think it’s because people don’t join in with those songs (which I find cringe btw) . I think it’s more to do with people just sat down all game at the gate or the people who go away and then sit down all game quiet.
  20. You’ve got it spot on The Club aren’t interested in atmosphere so the only way to do it is for the fans to do something about it . See the Cardiff game this season and Swansea a couple of years ago for example , atmosphere was great for those games when fans stood in the dolman .
  21. Nigel Pearson’s cider army This isn’t gonna be a quick fix when he still has to get rid of most of the shit he took over . If we got to 3 years under person and we are still the same then fair enough but as for now he’s doing a reasonable job with the standard of players we have .
  22. Thanks , if anyone doesn’t trust the site then plenty of working streams here https://redditz.soccerstreamlinks.com/detail-match/9591960
