I think “outstanding” is somewhat over the top.

A welcome 3 points however I very much doubt on that showing it would’ve convinced many. MO’L kept us in the game.

Mehmeti so naive as a Championship footballer. His thought process remains the level below currently. Really needs to sharpen up several aspects of his game.

Indifferent half. A good spell of play after the goal where we looked threatening going forward and then we’ve dropped off a yard and let Sunderland back in it. Defensively not convincing. Like some of the recent games having accessed the opposition over the first 45, I’d be disappointed if we don’t pick up 3 points here. These are the games we should be winning. I must say though, I’m no more convinced that we’d get the 3 points than I would be if NP was in charge. Other than we’d be better organised defensively. Vyner and Dickie struggling today.

Would love a player like Patrick Roberts in our side.

Both teams not overly impressive defensively. City edging it on the attacking front. Very open game. TGH working the strings. Even more baffling the fact he’s been benched a couple of times.

I see at as taking the game to your opponent. Not sitting back, waiting. Immediately looking to assert yourself over the opponent in both securing possession of the ball and being positive with it.

Pretty sure previously he worked on local radio.

Wish @Davefevs would have taken Ian to task more during their live face off. Felt it was a missed opportunity. For a seasoned presenter @headhunterdoesnt half jump in before people have finished their point.

Both the club and local radio interviewers are garbage. Is Mark Sykes carrying a knock? Are you having to manage his minutes? What were your thoughts when bringing Knight off? TGH has picked up the clubs player of the month award, what led you to start Williams over him this evening? How do you feel you can get the best out of TC in this system?

Which we as fans were well aware of. Much owing to the lack of investment. However, there was patience amongst the majority of supporters. Expectations were relatively low. Not so much now (owing to the managerial change and stupid comments in the media by the top brass) - Manning is already under the cosh.

Problem here is Lansdown was always going to need to back Manning in the window however, to suit Mannings style, it needs a proper revamp. Que signing several players for decent sums, on longer contracts before Manning is given the boot. And so, it starts again… So frustrating. Tinnion and the Lansdowns, you *******.
