No great loss. He has had opportunities to cement his place in the starting line-up, and has failed to make the most of them. James, King, Williams, Bakinson, Massengo all now seem ahead of him in the queue. Money is required, and Nagy is considered a saleable asset. I hope we take the money and re-invest it appropriately. A striker is a must before the end of the window.

I predict every fan in the championship will know Alex Scott's name at the end of the season. The lad is going to be a star!

If we can get £4m I would sell, providing a large sell on % is included. Malik Wilks (Hull) is a player we should target with some of the money. 22 years old (1 year older than Semenyo), has scored 39 goals since 2018 (for Doncaster, Barnsley and Hull). He would likely cost up to £2m, which leaves plenty in the kitty for additional incomings. Semenyo certainly could become a very good player, and I fully believe he would develop at a faster rate under Pearson. However, there are players out there who could have a bigger impact right away.
