While I partly agree with the sentiment, the comparison is a little misleading in that Pring hasn't been played in his 'normal' position of left back as much as Dasilva. Not sure of the exact stats on that (sure someone will oblige), but I'm sure that's the case.

OP - just thought I’d share the game by game / position by position breakdown.  For info, Cam has started 3 games at LB for City, 1 at LWB, 6 at LM/W.  Baker played some at LB when Cam was LM/W.

And I was also fairly sure that the someone would be @Davefevs ?

Honestly , defending violence shows your lack of intelligence. I wouldn’t have a problem with away fans being in a pub where I was

Indeed. It enhances the matchday experience.
Take Brentford in years gone by, for example. Mixing of fans in all pubs around the ground, making it one of the very best away days of all.
There'll always be a few ****tards or a few who can't handle their drink/drugs who want to ruin it, of course.

Im not sure my knees bend that much these days though.

Crab-tastic. And that was just after we won a throw-in, wasn't it?

Imagine what you'd be like if we scored or, heaven forbid, won a game.

In the Euros final you go 1-0 nil then for me, and I have managed at a hugely lower level, you go for the kill, at 2-0 that game was over.

Yep, best way to defend a 1-0 lead is to score a second, third...

Credit to Wilder in fairness. Both would destroy Whyte. East night ahead for Fury.

Yep, can't argue with Wilder's heart. Both would destroy Joshua. Fury would overcome Usyk without too many problems, I think.

  7. To the tune of "She'll be coming round the mountain":

We'll be running round the Trumpton* with our willies hanging out.

We'll be running round the Trumpton*, running round the Trumpton*, running round the Trumpton* with our willies hanging out.

My favourite bit of justifying the defeat was the one that said Hartlepool had won 17 of their last 19 home games, conveniently forgetting to mention they have been non league for the past 4 years, so have only actually played 3 league teams in that time.

How low do they want to set that bar? We’ve played teams with their own goalposts & who managed to have the full set of substitutes, so no wonder we struggle.

    Pitiful outfit, just fold.

Just when you think they have enough whoppers already, along comes another one. Pitiful.

    Exactly my thoughts

He’s not captain material sunshine, everyone can see it. Good call from Pearson. Rubbish call from Holden for giving it to him in the first place, quite frankly.

Expect Kalas will play and talk the same way regardless of whether he is captain or not. Can't really see it being that much of a problem for him ,either.

No runs second innings and Crawley needs to be sent back to county cricket for a while, Bracey can have a run at 3 even if a keeper comes back in or Lawrence.

I wouldn't have too much faith in Bracey at 3 for England. Not sure whether it's his usual look, but he doesn't exude confidence at all, either behind the stumps or with the bat in his hand.
