They hilariously have no clue how much other teams ****ing despise them because of that repugnant waste of skin in their dugout.
We hated the Gash scum before it was fashionable.
I reckon he has ruined their reputation - this kind of thing sticks to a club, even after the manager or player leaves.

It already has.
These people own PSG, that country already owns Man City. Newcastle owned by a country that executes minors, women & the disadvantaged every single day.
What a total ******* shitshow football has become at the very top, repressive regimes sportwashing their reputation by buying these clubs.
Steve Lansdown can frustrate me at times but I’d genuinely rather be Championship also rans under him than accept money from these people.
Hear, hear. It's truly disgusting.
On a related note, it doesn't need to be said, but I will anyway, the money at the top end of the game is distorting the EFL.

I want Everton to go down. I know several Everton fans and boy oh boy, are they an entitled bunch. They should suffer relegation just for their opinion of Championship football, it's 'beneath them' apparently. Unfortunately I can see Dyche saving them.
I would like Bolton to come up, a resurrection story is always good to see. Not a fan of their soulless stadium though.
Derby to stay down, due to the financial shenanigans.
As others have posted, seeing the Shrews bounce through would be really great to see: knocking-out Ipswich on the way would be the icing on the cake.

Bas falling over the white line v Yeovil (?) is still the funniest thing I've ever seen at a football match! He was entertaining if nothing else.
Got to be honest, other than the nationally syndicated entertainment, I always thought Bas added something to the team. I saw him away at Donny Rovers (or is it United ) at their old stadium, might have been his first run-out ? It was freezing and we lost, but he was a presence and added some strength.
Sat in the Dolman for the above, with a visitor from Spain. Must have been tough to have the whole stadium laughing at him. Didn't Gary J. say he had tears in his eyes?

Not sure how to embed a video, but the link above is to a short video of City fans giving the players a clap at the end of the game.

Thanks. I've emailed the artist Steven Joyce to find out more.

I have no idea!
If you have Twitter, try asking Weird Bristol, he posts lots of interesting Bristol information and I think he lives in Bedminster.
Thanks.

On a visit to Bristol a few years ago, I took the photo below on Bedminster Parade / East Street.
Does anyone know the history or meaning of this sculpture?
Thanks. -

In non-banter-related news, I've genuinely heard a whisper that the UWE is back on and a very familiar face will be coming in as part of a potential takeover/investment/whatever you want to call it.
Intrigued to hear if anyone else has heard the same.
Initials please.
It would be infinitely hilarious if Steve Lansdown is somehow a part of this.

The defending for that third goal was shockingly bad. Rovers look dire this season. Happy days.

Interesting. Is there enough land for a stadium?
