Richard Thompson, hugely underrated genius. Also Calum McDonald of Scots band Runrig, did so much for Gaelic culture.

Middlesbrough, around 1968,the one coach left A.G.at 4.30 am (very little motorway then),got to about 30 miles from 'boro in pouring rain and heard on coach radio that the match was off. Went into Middlesbrough ,had a drink and a bite to eat then set off for home,arriving at some time past midnight, nightmare!
