With the officials nige is right and not just that it effects his job a job of managing a team and getting results.. A couple of bad decisions effects his team and results and at the end of day he's gets it in the neck from us fans. The officials have been very poor(crap infact) they've been bad but not this bad.

Like the millennium stadium or whatever it's called now they had a system in which the system would work on each stand through amplifier rooms, As the stadium fills up the pressure within that stand changes effecting the sound distribution. It has a lot to do with the quality of system (Ashton gates is naff) but also the acoustic of the stand or stands.. Dolman pretty poor because of the flat roof.

If that was Pearson and Sammie was having a outstanding pre season and then KP came into the club a little before the season started KP wouldn't of been ahead of Sammie it comes on merit not what your earning.So for me KP would be nothing more than starting on the bench.

He was one of the best performing players of that pre season for him to be left to one side makes it all more ridiculous. Glad we've moved on from that management team.

Can only be a positive thing I would say most successful teams have a squad retention over three years with the odd couple of additions each year. Can only see us being successful maybe this season maybe next.

And in the past a loan player would be brought in to cover those players or would have to sign a player, Now it's look at what we have in the building and not adding to the squad for no reason so much more professional,I'm impressed that he's trying to put the club in a good place for now and the future as well.
