Well how could she referee the game whilst getting the ball kicked in her stomach. You wouldn’t bat an eyelid if a player went to the floor. If there’d been a foul against us and she didn’t give it cos she didn’t see it would you be happy with that?

@headhunter I get you not supporting the pile in on Lez. With the greatest respect though, he isn’t only expressing opinions about football, he’s chosen to insult fans who happen to have a different opinion to him. Comments like “bed wetters” and “the cult of Nige” just seems infantile to me and unnecessary. Can he not give his opinion without that? What “the cult of Nige”, actually means is anyone who hasn’t enjoyed Manning’s football and didn’t appreciate the way NP was sacked, which isn’t exactly controversial. It doesn’t take us forward when people use your platform to continue getting these remarks in and is used to shut down conversations Your podcast is better than that in my opinion.

As explained was rather a tongue in cheek comment. -

Yes said as much at the time. Seemed like he was going for a draw, by pulling off wells Mehmeti and Sykes. -

Don’t think anyone could argue with your comment, but makes poor watching. -

Sorry not a reasonable excuse in my mind. That’s the least we can expect isn’t it. -

Just like reading OTIB -
I take it from that you clearly can remember then and I clearly can’t.
-
And no matter how many times someone explains this, it’s convently forgotten.

It’s funny I never heard anyone say the players weren’tPearson’s players, when he inherited Holden’s players.
-
Are you really suggesting there’s been nothing to moan about? In general it hasn’t been moaning for moaning sake, but constructive justified criticism.
-
Thanks Dave for saying what I really can’t be bothered to. Even when a thread starts off in a positive vein it always goes the same way, certain people popping up and repeating the same thing in one thread after another “ there will still be people moaning” or other variations on a theme. God it gets tiring.

I care how he does, as I do for most, if not all of our ex players. Given our recent history, I wouldn’t pin any hopes of any funds coming to the club through him, being spent on future players though. -
Yes and I said virtually no one. I don’t imagine you’d ever get 100% satisfaction from fans and I doubt you’d find a club where that’s the case either. My point is more about, why bring it up at all as a possibility, rather than focusing on the win, people use it to be divisive and score points. It’s not as though the comment followed a negative one similar to what you’ve described.
