Points per game and League table since Manning took charge
Sheltons Army replied to Mr Popodopolous's topic in Football Chat
At this moment no But alarm bells ringing and definitely a decision to be made in the last gasps of the season with regards to the summer window and next season Needs to be far more positive indicators for me by then -
Sad update on Scott Murray's mum

Surely one of the benefits of wealth is the ability to help others less fortunate or in a difficult situation An individuals choice of course and aim pretty sure SL will have been pretty charitable in chosen areas over the years Personally , Scott M or the tea lady of 20yrs with a difficult situation - good loyal employees and good people - I absolutely would -

The ‘Wanting him to fail’ claims are complete fiction and nonsense Made up and used in some weird desperate deflection from those who were NP critics and wanted change Good to know that you don’t want him to fail but want him sacked right now though -

Manning's under development, he needs more time
Sheltons Army replied to reddogkev's topic in Football Chat
No I don’t have you anywhere near an anti Pearson screamer or massive critic And you completely misread or have comprehended what I’ve said to you You were noticeably extremely supportive of LJ and defended him throughout even when it was clear what was festering (Personally I’m not into blind faith or let’s just ‘hope’) You are pretty quick to make snipes at or get restless about critics of LM , or considered and explained criticism of him , and appear pretty keen to defend him I may of course , have simply missed any sort of similar supportive posts of Pearson when he was here As for the screamers (Maybe whiners would have been better) who wanted him out - there were , and are many (Including some who now want Manning out amusingly) If you haven’t noticed them , then you aren’t looking too hard or choosing not to , and I do and will challenge them -

It’s called doubling down Gull The loudest anti Pearson screamers are feeling a bit vulnerable -
So you absolve LJ of any responsibility or blame ?
-
Was going to say - This is the Guru Gays attitude And a few others So if its decided the new bloke isn’t up to it, because the same people will choose his successor , let’s not bother doing anything and just take what’s coming Truly bizarre

Still swilling the meths then

Oh my you’re trolling reaches a new level Or maybe you are simply strange and deluded, or maybe a gas troll ’We’d have been in the bottom two by now’
-
Feeding and utilising TC would have been my main focus tbh Instead we’ve nullified his threat and to such a degree that he’s not even a starter at present time If we lose him I believe we’ve ******** up big time

Almost as if NPs legacy has drifted and LMs influence taken over eh Numero And as for the ones screaming for this , and outing NP Many have lost their internet connection and others are simply doubling down
-
Yes - this isn’t about LM alone - it’s deeper and wider , and more worrying than that It’s about the decisions they’ve made , and any that they’ve now got to make Frightening tbh
-
Ehhhhhhh Its nothing to do with ‘binning him off early’ to ‘make them wear their mistake’ Its what’s best , or what many believe is the best , for THE CLUB (OUR CLUB) If he’s a mistake , doubling down on it and throwing money at it won’t change it or solve the problem It will merely make it worse and leave more problems as we move onwards
-
Possibly - I see interestingly on another thread that KITR has said that last time JL had a dabble McInnes and SOD were his choices / picks As appears widely accepted Cotts , who got us out of that was Keith Dawes ‘Man’ it seems everyone’s had a go , or a few turns Maybe Gavin Marshall’s turn to choose

Good q max it was a strange appointment for the Lansdowns I think I’m right in recalling NP indicated his interest , (To SL) and it certainly came across as a SL decision , and in fairness , he’s got lots wrong but for the situation he ultimately chose the right man. Maybe Holden was his too as he obviously preceded the NP appointment but it had a JL fingerprint over it IMO
