Thanks for that Jon

In his after match interview LM talked about alinement.Does he mean making sure your shirt is tucked in and your shorts and socks are pulled up? He also mentioned the word block(cringe) Birmingham brought in Rooney recently thats going well! Amateur hour is back at AG did it ever go away?

As far as i am concerned after all the hype this guy has to hit the ground running.I am expecting a big improvement, accordng to the Lansdowns he is a wonder boy! Or is it just another amateuristic appointment?Tme will tell.

I hope we do well, but i have low expectations

JL seemed very unsure of himself in the press conference, why is he chairman? Oh yeah ! his dad owns the club. The biggest case of nepotism since pope Alexander 2nd(Rodrigo Borgia) made his son CAESARE a cardinal in the late 15th century.

Whose left? last man standing down at alamo gate. Davey Crockett!

You say ‘the odd little moan’, Dave. Don’t you think there were enough digs at the hierarchy to make it pretty clear what he thought? Also, his comments have effectively rallied his supporters in the fan base behind him, and created an us and them situation. Don’t you think he knew what he was doing and couldn’t help himself? No football hierarchy likes being called out in public. Never has, never will.
I wouldn’t have sacked him, and I think SL made a strategic error by not releasing some funds from the AS sale, but surely no one is particularly surprised that it’s happened. People are angry, yes (not me btw - I just think this is brutal, modern football. My reading is the we reached a clutch moment where we had to make a big decision, contract or no new contract, with planning for the future required, eg January window.)The narrative about NP’s seeming clash with the board has come from one person: NP. Not least because the hierarchy has largely been silent (apart, perhaps, from the telling statement that none of the AS money was made available.)
It is not brutal, modern football. Its just an idiot called lansdown who knows absolutely nothing about football.

Sad thing about yesterday was that as much effort as the players put in you just knew we would lose. Felt sorry for sykes having to play full back again. So restricting for him.Realise we had no choice.

I’m not interested so why are we talking about it is a really weird point of view
On 4x the money he was here
But nowhere near the England team as predicted. So sad that money is the only thing that counts in football today. Its BOURNEMOUTH ffs, i am sure the ten thousand who watch every home game in their state of the art stadium will be well impressed. In terms of his football progression, next year he could find himself back to square one. But not to worry! while he is playing his latest playstation game online against Jadon Sancho,he will feel safe in the knowledge, i am quids in.Or maybe he is thinking of his next move. Saudi !

It’s maybe going very well for Alex.
He was bought very much to improve their team and with 8 games gone and Bournemouth winless and 2nd bottom, he hasn’t played a minute.
Hopefully he’ll be back very soon and stay fit and if they then climb out of the relegation zone to safety it could all look very good for Alex.
Or he could end up back in the Championship next year!

They will both be good in the long run. Difficult to play against Rotherham's neanderthal style football. Our passing game improved in the 2nd half at one time we had 70 per cent
possession .Roberts has not had much game time hard to get going in those circumstances.Give these guys a break.

Watched Leicester on the box last night , would take a point now
think every player on there bench last night would walk into our team , no slur on us just a point how strong a squad ( not just team they have ) this will be a proper test .
The win was great on tuesday night.Morale boosting for the squad. But the opposition made 6 or 7 changes leaving all their key players on the bench.( CRazy team selection) The Leicester game will tell us exactly where we our.We may come through it with flying colours, there again we may not!
